Another wonderful stay at Celes Samui – exceptional service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my second stay at Celes Samui, and once again, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, but what truly makes this place special is the amazing staff.
I would especially like to thank Thon, Nam, Tilly, Kae, and Boy from the restaurant and pool area. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always welcoming. They made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay, and their positive energy made every moment by the pool and restaurant even more enjoyable.
It is rare to find a team that consistently provides such warm and genuine hospitality. Even though this was my second visit, they made me feel just as welcome as the first time — and honestly, their service is one of the reasons I would happily come back again.
Celes Samui is already a beautiful hotel, but the people working here are what truly make the experience memorable.
A big thank you to Thon, Nam, Tilly, Kae, and Boy for making our stay so special. You guys are amazing! ❤️ I will definitely be coming back!
Reasonable hotel, not as good as expected
Slightly disappointing four days at Celes Samui. The room was nice and there was a good choice of breakfast but
- The main pool is very close to the road and you could hear traffic noise very clearly
- The beach bar and restaurant were basically unused and completely atmosphere-less. The bar area appeared unfinished with tape blocking the view of the sea
- The hotel is a good 20 minute walk away from town along either a badly lit, busy road or the beach which had bizarrely uncomfortable sand. We had been told there was a shuttle bus but it only appeared to operate once or twice a day at unhelpful times
- We had hoped to do yoga and pilates but they only happened at 7am which seems too early for a holiday
All in all, other hotels looked to be in better locations and be offering better value for money so I'd advise thinking twice before booking Celes Samui
