Great hotel! I enjoyed a lot and had good time
Zero empathy, terrible customer service, and a complete lack of flexibility. We booked 2 rooms at Celes Koh Samui, but due to the war breaking out in Israel, traveling became impossible. Instead of showing basic understanding in a clear force majeure situation, the hotel flatly refused to cancel or issue a refund. We attempted to reach every fair compromise: we asked them to resell the rooms to other guests or simply reschedule our stay for next year. Management rejected every single option without hesitation and kept 100% of our money. A hotel's true standards are tested during times of crisis, and SLS Koh Samui proved they care only about profit, not guest satisfaction or basic humanity. Think twice before booking here if you value flexibility or decent customer support.
Celes samui is a really beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, especially Nune was really nice and competent. Both the food and the fire show were spectacular.
