We had the most amazing time with the family at Bandara Resort. It was a huge surprise for me for my birthday. The staff did all that was asked of them to ensure my surprise was a huge success. The staff are wonderful, Kitti, Thriri & Opp at front of house, Geng & Mos with Bee & Pair in the restaurant, our room girl Boommee simply wonderful. Jack who drove us to the airport. The executive chef Nut, who played his part. We couldn’t have asked for better service and the staff did everything they were asked to do and more. These people are our Thai family. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to establish a home away from home. Cleanliness is paramount and the food is always great. The gardens are always beautiful with the gardeners providing the perfect environment. Our favourite Pilates instructor Kiat & Parn, essential part of our holiday. The property is in a perfect location. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy their time in Koh Samui.
A lovely relaxing accomodation, close to all amenities. Beautiful well maintained grounds. All the staff very friendly. Lovely location next to the sea. What a beautiful view to have breakfast and dine at night. Room very clean and comfortable bed. A lovely place to retreat after a busy day. Thiri was so helpful with me, when planning a day trip. Loved the trip. She is a real asset to BANDARA. Always a beautiful smile. Keep up the good work. I will be recommending BANDARA to friends and family.
Nut took us on a 4 hr island tour $43AUD PP, we were able to chose the locations we wanted to see. We chose to go to Big Buddha, Plaileam Temple, Heavens Gate, & ended with a swim at Silver Beach. Would highly recommend this type of island tour, personalised to our family interests & the season. Nut is very friendly & was happy to answer any of our questions.
