Fantastic hotel with unparalleled service and the sweetest staff. Kitti, in particular, helped make our stay truly unforgettable.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay – highly recommended!
We stayed at the Bandara Spa Beach Resort as a family of three adults in a Courtyard Plunge Pool Villa. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt completely at ease and wonderfully cared for.
We would especially like to commend Kitty and Steffen, whose warm and attentive manner contributed significantly to making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. A heartfelt thank you to them!
The pools are beautiful and wonderfully refreshing, the entire resort is exceptionally well-maintained, and the tropical garden is simply breathtaking. Our villa was perfect for our family and we loved it.
We were also treated to culinary delights: The exclusive breakfast for villa guests was a real highlight. The food in the restaurant was also consistently delicious and of high quality.
A special thank you also goes to the hotel manager, Ms. Jeranan, for her excellent support and personal attention. We felt welcome and perfectly cared for at all times.

Fantastic hotel
We are coming to the end of our 2 week stay here and cannot fault anything! Every member of staff are so friendly, from reception to bar/restaurant/rooms/gardening, honestly felt like we were part of the hotel. Breakfast is top notch, the choice is unlimited.. Special mentions to the main pool bar staff, always smiling and chatty. The whole complex is spotless!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

perfect family holiday
The perfect family holiday – we couldn’t fault it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We’ve just reached the end of our stay at Bandara Bo Phut and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday. We’re a group of 4 adults (my husband and I in our 30s and my parents in their 50s) and our 8-year-old son, and there was something for everyone.
The staff are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, welcoming and genuinely go above and beyond. On our last day, one of our favourite pool waiters actually sat down and played “flip the bottle” with our son when he wanted a little break from the pool — such a small thing, but it sums up how lovely the staff have been with our family.
The food is delicious. Breakfast has absolutely everything you could possibly want and more! We also had pool snacks most days, with the club sandwiches and kids’ ham and cheese toasties becoming firm family favourites. And the happy hours were very well used by our group! 🍹
We stayed in a family room, while my parents had a standard room, and both were spotless. The rooms were kept beautifully clean and tidy throughout our stay, with fresh pool towels provided every day.
The pools and beach are fantastic. We loved being able to go between the two, and we particularly liked the flag system warning guests about jellyfish, so you can choose to avoid the sea when necessary.
We also booked an island tour through the hotel, visiting Heaven’s Gate, Capybara World, temples and a lovely local beachside restaurant. Could you potentially find the tour cheaper elsewhere? Possibly, but for us the convenience was worth it. Having a private tour in an air-conditioned minibus, with ice-cold soft drinks and cooling towels provided, made the whole day completely hassle-free.
The resort itself is beautiful, relaxed and in a great location, with plenty to explore nearby. It’s been the perfect combination of relaxation, great food, friendly service and things to do.
We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay and would absolutely come back to Bandara Bo Phut. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our family holiday so special. 🇹🇭❤️
