We had a wonderful time at Anantara Bophut Koh Samui and we can’t stop talking about it.

From the very start, our arrival and check in was seamless thanks to Khun Krish, who gave us a warm welcome. Khun Sandy who gave a thorough resort orientation, and even led the beautiful traditional welcome ritual. Also went above and beyond to help us organize a very special event for us — it truly made our trip unforgettable.

A huge thank you to Khun Au and Khun Oum at The White Lotus for the high tea. It was such a lovely moment and a highlight of our stay. At Tin Thai, Khun Nalin always greeted us with the warmest smile and checked in on us, making every meal feel personal. Shoutout to the chef at the egg station — sorry we didn’t catch your name — your eggs were delicious every morning!

Khun Som at Guilty had the most genuine smile and provided such attentive service. And to Khun Mike, our housekeeper. Even though we didn’t meet in person, you surprised us the most. Every time we came back to the room there was beautiful bed decoration, towel art, and impeccable cleaning. That little touch of magic made us feel so cared for.

The entire Front Office team and all the other staff we met were consistently warm, genuine, and always smiling. We couldn’t get everyone’s names, but the hospitality from every single person was felt.

Last but not least, Khun Fon. They say you can truly feel the heart of a resort through its leadership, and we absolutely saw that in her. Her incredible personality and dedication set the tone for the whole team.

With no doubt, we highly recommend Anantara Bophut Koh Samui to anyone looking for the perfect holiday — whether it’s relaxation, a special event, great food, or simply incredible hospitality. Thank you for being part of such a wonderful moment in our lives.

I spent a long time deciding which accommodation to book for a week trip to Koh Samui and overall are very happy with our decision to stay at Anantara Bophut. Booking process was easy and communication prior to arrival was efficient. We advised prior that we'd be arriving 3 hours earlier but due to how busy resort was we were only able to get into our room at the regular check in time. The room was lovely and the aircon very efficient for which we were most grateful given how hot outside. The room was very clean. The only slightly annoying thing was that every day our room was only serviced late afternoon but we do understand that at such a busy time priority possibly given to getting rooms ready for new check-ins. The resort property is really lovely and lush tranquil setting. The pool area was busy and quite noisy with children but again guess to be expected during a popular holiday season. It was sometimes difficult to find a lounger. The gym was well equipped though a small area for multiple people to be trying to use weights at the same time. We tried to rather go later in the day when not too busy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to Sandy at the Concierge. The only area of disappointment was the breakfast for a hotel of this calibre. We would though likely choose to stay again given the tranquil feel to the resort and also a great location for accessing the restaurants and Fishermen's area close by.

From the moment we arrived at Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The resort is absolutely stunning – beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Everywhere you looked there was attention to detail, and the whole hotel felt peaceful, luxurious and incredibly welcoming.

What really makes this hotel exceptional, though, is its people. Every single member of staff we met was warm, polite, courteous and genuinely eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they all greeted us with the biggest smiles every day. The level of service is simply outstanding.

We would especially like to recognise Mook, who helped us organise our excursions and transport during our stay. She was so kind, thoughtful and professional, always taking the time to make sure everything was perfect. After we returned home to Scotland, she even arranged for a beautiful personalised wooden keepsake to be made for our family, featuring memories from our holiday. It was such an unexpected and heartfelt gesture that it brought tears to our eyes. It is something we will treasure forever.

We would also like to thank Pond, who looked after us so wonderfully at the poolside eating area. His friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail made every meal a pleasure. He is a real credit to the hotel.

This was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The food was fantastic, the location next to Fisherman’s Village was perfect, and every day felt effortless thanks to the incredible team. Hotel situated right next to the beach with kayaks and paddle boards to use all complimentary aswell as very comfy sun loungers and double sunbeds with canopies. Stunning views!

Thank you to everyone at Anantara Bophut for giving our family memories that will last a lifetime. We cannot wait to return one day.
