Lovely
My partner and I have come back from an amazing 10 night stay here. The hotel staff are lovely, polite, welcoming and friendly. We had a swim up room which was amazing, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily, the bed was comfortable and huge. There's so many pools we were spoilt for choice, and the swim up bar is great too. Breakfast has an amazing choice that is changed daily, and my favourite the make your own omelette station is so good. Room service is great too and delivered quickly.

Great resort
Stayed at the waters Khao Lak for a 10 day break in a swim up room. The resort is clean and tidy close to the beach, restaurants and the local night markets. From our initial checking in, dealing with wait, bar staff and house keeping everyone was friendly and helpful. It was close to nearby tourist attractions, water falls, bamboo rafting and Khao Lak elephant conversation. All resort meals were generous in size and very tasty. The main restaurant offers largely Italian meals but we chose to eat Thai and were well looked after, careful if you ask for spicy. I would highly recommend the waters resort to friends for a Thai holiday getaway

What can I say......The Waters was just fabulous. 1 week of peace and quiet in clean, and I mean clean, bliss. The pool, perfect, no leaves, bugs and just the right temperature.
I want to be there now! Honestly if you want to relax and have a good variety of, restaurants, bars and massage parlours and beach just 5mins walk then go to The Waters.
If this is 4 star, then who needs 5 star.
We were near the back of the resort, but JJ ( always smiling and really sweet) would pick us up and drop us back and forth to breakfast and reception at the anytime in the buggy which is a service the hotel offers.
Highly recommend!!!!

Great relaxing friendly stay
We have just finished our 2 week holiday here staying on a bed and breakfast stay the hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and very helpful from reception to the gardeners, The food at breakfast is very good depending on your taste with lots of variety and some very unusual non European dishes all well cooked . The rooms we saw were all spacious cleaned well with towels for dinners etc left every day. This is there low season but no problems getting sunbeds at any time might be different in high season but with so many swim up rooms I doubt it . The local restaurants are all with in easy walking distance as are 2 beaches . Just to thank all the staff for a great stay if we come back to khao lak this is where we will stay
