Just a true haven of peace
After a bad experience in Phuket, discovering the Pullman Khao Lak was pure joy for our family. The hotel is beautiful, very well-maintained, and ideally located right on the beach. The biggest highlight is the incredible professionalism of the entire staff (porters, reception, restaurants, entertainment team...). A huge thank you to the wonderful Honey at reception, the kind Fatima , and everyone else whose names we forgot but who were just as amazing. We also truly appreciated the lovely encounter with the owner and his son Mickael. A perfect paradise that our whole family highly r on ecommends!

Great hotel Great location
Great location! It’s definitely a bit far from the city, but if you're looking for a quiet and cozy getaway, this is the place to be. The staff are super friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We had a small issue with the lights in our room, but the team handled it flawlessly and a technician fixed it in no time. The Roslin Spa is amazing.

We had a beautiful stay at the Pullman. The rooms were clean. The service excellent. The restaurants were OK but with location being so remote, you do get a bit bored after a while eating from the same menus.
The pool bar was excellent, perfectly positioned for the afternoon sun. Outstanding service every time from Party and Mew, huge shout out too them for being attentive, super friendly and caring. ❤️

Platinum upgrade deluxe Pool Access > Family Suite Pool Access welcome เบียร์2ขวด ( มากี่รอบก็ไม่เคยได้ไวน์กับเค้าสักครั้ง) afternoon tea 1ครั้งที่lobby 14.00-16.00 เครื่องดื่มได้คนละ1แก้ว เหมือนเดิม breakfast เซ็ทผลไม้+sparkling wine ทุกวัน ห้องอาหารดีขึ้นสำหรับการจัดการ หลังจากที่คราวที่แล้วไม่ไหวมาก ตอนนี้ปิดแล้วปิดประตู เปิดแอร์ แต่ไลน์อาหารน้อยลงแบบเห็นได้ชัด Fitness เสียบการ์ด เปิดแอร์ด้วยนะครับ ถ้าไม่มีเสียบไว้ไม่งั้นร้อน ไม่มีไฟ ที่นี่มีซาวน่าเผื่อใครว่างๆ
ยัง Jackpot แตกเหมือนเดิม แต่เทียบกับครั้งก่อนๆอันนี้นิดหน่อย แค่ประตูห้องน้ำเสียพังไปเลย เข้าไม่ได้ กับแอร์ไม่เย็น ต้องเรียกช่างมาซ่อม เปลี่ยนใหม่ แต่ที่เพื่อนงงสุดอันนี้เพื่อนไม่เคยมาที่นี่ พาเพื่อนวนมาเที่ยวแทบทุกกลุ่ม วนรถมาจอดช่วงคนไม่เยอะเลย ยังไม่มี Bellboy มาทักทายเลย ไม่ช่วยยกกระเป๋าไม่ว่า แต่เพื่อนบอกคือจะไม่มาอะไรหน่อยหรอ เลยบอกชินแล้ว นี่เลยคิดว่าที่นี่ ด่านแรกตรงFront เป็นที่มีปัญหามากที่สุดมาตลอด
