Wonderful experience at AvaniWell! Som and Nancy were both fantastic therapists – very professional, attentive and skilled. The massage was extremely relaxing. We have just spent three wonderful days at Avani+ Hua Hin Resort and absolutely loved every minute of our stay. We’re also so glad that we’ve chosen Avani+ Hua Hin as the hotel accommodation for our group when we return in the next few weeks. Having now experienced the resort ourselves, we couldn’t be happier with our choice and feel completely confident that our friends are going to love it just as much as we did. What really makes this resort stand out, though, is the people. We could not speak highly enough of Arpit, the Director of Food & Beverage. He was incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. His level of service and personal attention was exceptional and made such a difference to our stay. We also want to give a very special mention to AY, the Duty Manager, who was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we met her, she could not have been more helpful, accommodating or generous with her time. Knowing that we are returning shortly with a group, AY took the time to show us a couple of the different rooms, talk us through what we could expect and offer recommendations to help make our upcoming stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. AY and her team made us feel so genuinely welcome and looked after, and it gave us even more confidence that our group is going to be in fantastic hands when we return. The warmth and professionalism of the staff throughout the resort really is something special. We also had some fantastic treatments at AvaniWell, which was another highlight. Noreen was absolutely wonderful in looking after us. She took the time to explain the different treatments and packages, helped us decide what would work best and made sure everything was organised and booked perfectly. The whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. The resort itself is beautiful, the facilities are fantastic and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing, but it is the exceptional team that really made our stay memorable. Honestly, we cannot praise Avani+ Hua Hin highly enough. We had an absolutely fantastic three days and our only regret was that we weren’t staying longer! A huge thank you to Arpit, AY, Noreen and the entire Avani+ Hua Hin team for taking such wonderful care of us. We cannot wait to return in the next few weeks with our 38 friends.
