Very Very Enjoying For This Trip at Bangkok
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
We encountered an issue with our room, but the front desk responded immediately and arranged a room change without any hassle. During the move, we accidentally left behind our own body wash and shampoo, which were unfortunately thrown away. As soon as we informed the staff, they immediately arranged for replacements to be purchased. Although they were not exactly the same as ours, we truly appreciated the prompt response and sincere effort to resolve the situation.
One suggestion for improvement would be the hotel's tuk-tuk service. It would be great if the hotel could have one or two additional tuk-tuks waiting at the lower lobby during busy hours. Taxis outside can be quite expensive, and ride-hailing services often get stuck in heavy traffic.
Other than that, everything was excellent. My pregnant wife, my daughter, and I were all very happy with our stay. Even though the unexpected issue delayed us and affected part of our trip, the hotel went above and beyond by allowing us a late check-out until 3:00 PM and also offering us a complimentary breakfast for another day. We are truly grateful for their kindness and outstanding hospitality.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!
We had a pleasant and comfortable stay
We had a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. However, the service could be more attentive to in-house guests. We requested additional towels for our family of four but experienced delays because housekeeping was busy with check-ins.

Amazing Stay at Amari Bangkok
We had a wonderful stay at Amari Bangkok. The location is perfect, right across from Platinum Fashion Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, while the hotel facilities and breakfast selection are excellent. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok.
