This hotel is located in the artistic and cultural hub of Ubud, lying con Monkey Forest Road. It is located just a 5 minutes' driving distance from Ubud Shopping Centre. Guests will find themselves within easy access of a host of attractions in the area, including the monkey Forest, Batur Lake, Sanur Beach and the city of Gianyar. This charming complex is situated just 50 km from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The property has been designed as a contemporary interpretation of traditional Balinese architecture, it offers a host of facilities and services to make each stay the most pleasant and unforgettable one. The rooms are eloquently appointed, exuding charm and poise. They are well equipped with modern amenities, for added comfort and convenience.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Such a fabulous hotel about 20 metres away from the chaos of the main strip of Monkey Forest Road, it is an oasis of calm. Beautiful clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was fantastic, you can watch the monkeys whilst your eating. But by far the best thing was the Beautiful kind staff. Each and every one of them was so kind and happy to help .
Our honeymoon brought us to Komaneka at Rasa Sayang for three nights, and our hearts truly expanded there.
We were literally pampered. Waiting for us was a beautiful Deluxe Room, complete with a delicious slice of cake and a romantic setup.
One of the things we loved most was the charming garden—it felt like being inside the Monkey Forest, a truly unique experience.
We loved every single detail of the property: elegant, meticulously maintained, yet so intimate and quiet. The extraordinary pool, the various activity offerings (even if we didn't have time to try them all), and the wonderful dinner with Balinese dance performances were all highlights.
The breakfasts are incredibly rich and high-quality, and the same goes for the dinners.
The cherry on top is the staff—exceptionally kind and attentive to everything.

Excellent hotel, brilliant location right on the main strip but set back in beautiful calm setting.
The dining room for breakfast has the most idyllic views and the hotel had all the little touches soot on.

Superb!!! You will not want to stay anywhere else, location, amenities, staff…. All of it so beautiful. Just fabulous!!
Had a fantastic stay here with my family (2 adult children- 23 and 18 yrs). The hotel is very centrally located but amazingly quiet - easy walk to shops, spas and popular restaurants like Cafe Lotus and others recommended by the staff. Daily complimentary yoga was perfect - in the studio or on a terrace - although the timing clashed with afternoon tea. Rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The staff however are the best part of this hotel - so welcoming, helpful and friendly at all times. Accommodated us with requests for late tea (after yoga!) and my daughter’s nut allergies were never forgotten. The welcome snacks in the room were plentiful and regularly replenished and the only mosquitoes were around the pool area. A somewhat unique characteristic was the thundering noise on our rooftops (on the top floor) at dawn everyday as the monkeys raced across. It’s feels like a very authentic Balinese hotel and not as sterile as the big branded hotels found around Ubud. A wonderful few days in Ubud in a lovely hotel. Thoroughly recommend- great value.
