We had the most wonderful stay at Goya boutique resort, location was perfect a short walk to the local town with shops & restaurants. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly. We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel & although it took 3 hours to get through immigration due to technical problems at the airport our driver Joss still waited for us. He was very welcoming & informative as he drove us to the hotel which was then early hours of the morning. We stayed in a villa with a pool which was amazing & so clean. It was also made special for our Anniversary we was celebrating! Which was a lovely surprise on arrival. Due to arriving so late we thought we had missed breakfast when we woke in the morning but the kitchen called us & arranged to bring us our breakfast to our room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast each day was delicious, great choices & cooked perfectly. You could have more than one choice on the menu, we loved the French toast to have after our first course. Would also recommend the Balinese evening, with good entertainment, the buffet food was delicious getting to try different dishes of great flavours. To get over our long flight we booked a full body Balinese massage which was wonderful & so relaxing would definitely recommend, the two ladies were lovely. The main pool area was nice & relaxing with towels provided, people would come & go so always able to get a sunbed. Staff were always around to serve drinks or food by the pool. We did the half day tour from the hotel & had Adi as our driver, he was so nice & friendly also gave us a lot of information about ubud on our travels to each place we visited. Would definitely recommend this tour it was amazing, we done the tour in the morning which was less traffic & made it easier to get about. Would definitely recommend & love to come back to this hotel it was so tranquil but what made it so special was all the staff they are genuinely lovely people who went above & beyond making our stay so special. Hopefully one day we will come back to this hotel & explore more of ubud which was our favourite destination. 😊
Beautiful hotel that cannot be faulted, service was amazing the moment we arrived, and the team could not do anymore to make us feel welcome The Breakfast is just delicious with great choice and the view from the infinity pool is just a dream Fully recommend the Spa there for the massage which was very relaxing, and we did the half day tour with Hotel, which took in 4 different places worth visiting great value indeed Also on a Monday night they do a Jimbaran BBQ with entertainment which we greatly enjoyed When we return to Bali I would definitely choose to stay at Goya again and would fully recommend to anyone visiting Ubud

Such an amazing resort. Quiet, serene, overlooking a lush green valley. Amazing staff, through and through. From the moment you enter, this place has you captivated. The room was very large and generous, the bed and linens top notch and what you’d expect. Its great value for the money.
Beautiful location in middle of town with fantastic views, very warm inviting atmosphere, rooms were extremely comfortable and offered everything and more, very clean and great value for money. We had the romantic dinner for 2, which was a 5 course meal with rose petals, flowers, wine and a beautiful setting
