Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional.

it was the perfect hotel for bali. silence, beautiful nature but of course it is about the people. Pita, Ardi, Rindi and Sumi gelped us with everything we need. They were always smiling and wishing to help us in everey way. thank you, girls!

highly recommend if youre looking to experience the “real” ubud! everything you need is literally here in svargaloka, as well the amazing food! one thing i would love to highlight here is the people though! they were all so welcoming and friendly especially bu puspa from the front office that helped me through uncountable conditions.. will be back next year!..and every other year
Best staff ever
I had a wonderful stay at this resort. I’m travelling alone but never felt lonely there as the staff are all so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Pita in particular went above and beyond to make my stay special, she personally responded to any request or question that I had and made me feel so looked after. A place that stays with you
This is a magical place: authentic and mysterious. Comfortable rooms, a great restaurant, and excellent facilities, including a spa/massage, a conference room, and lounge areas. But what made my stay especially wonderful were the people who work there! Pita, Mayumi, Rindi, Dayu, Muhamad, and Ardi—I’m so grateful for your attention, kindness, and warmth! 🤍🕊️
