There are several types of accommodation units, ranging from standard guest rooms to roof-top villas with private swimming pools. All of them are exclusively appointed and come fully equipped with the highest technological equipment and the most stylish and comfortable materials. This is an accommodation which is ideal to directly address all the senses thanks to the services and facilities offered, including a large infinity pool and a leisure club to rest and relax.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We booked for 1st to 10th September, paid breakfast included, very disappointed with breakfast, my wife is lactose intolerant and they didn't have lactose free milk, only full and soy, the breakfast included just black coffee and tea, if we asked for an espresso or short black it was extra cost, if we asked for milk was extra cost, the room was very nice but a little dark as they only use small lights, bathroom was dark and could not see myself shaving and my wife put on make up, we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast, lunch pretty average. Our first time in Bali, we will be back and stay somewhere else.
We had a beautiful suite with a big bathroom, plenty of space, an adjoining L shaped lounge w a desk in the corner and a tv in the middle on the buffet, which could be moved to face the lounge or bed area. The area was v clean and we know the cleaners worked hard as we often came back early and sat on the lounge out of the way and chatted to them as they worked. The food was very good, breakfast and dinner and they made lovely cocktails! 🍸🍹 Agung and Ketut were very friendly, pleasant people in the pool/bar area. Aldi was always good and fast at his job as a cleaner and always spoke to us when we were out and about and Listya in the restaurant was always attentive, sweet and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you guys, I’ll miss you! Our BIG gripe was that we could only get one chair for the balcony - our desk chair. There should be two chairs out there. We love to spend time out there. Another small gripe was no clothes rack to dry clothes so we used the chair and balcony rail, doesn’t look good in a first class hotel. I would also mention that,a long story short, we arrived at 2.30pm and our room wasn’t ready. We waited 2 hrs and they knew where we were….well, they forgot us! We weren’t impressed. We wondered why the towels and dressing gowns had to be washed every day, not very eco minded and the dressing gowns end up being rough and greyish
I was really excited to say at the ts suits room very big lots of space and clean how ever the pool has lots of tiles missing and the spa has lots of slimy stuff in the edging and mold , please be careful as my ankle bracelet got court under the tiles multiple times I did complain that the water level was low in the spa and it was cold but noting was done I was waiting to speak to management but no one came to speak to me , be mindful of the pool floor as so many people had near missed We wasn’t informed that we had to book the shuttle bus when we sat on for 10 mins we was told to come off as this was booked out this meant we missed the sun set as my husband arranged a special night, there was no compensation off for this , very disappointed Staff are beautiful and very respectful But management not
This has ruined my experience and I would not be staying here again for the cost you pay it isn’t worth it.
First time staying at this resort, we have been going to Bali for so long we watched this resort being built but unfortunately this was our first time staying. The place is amazing the big foyer, big rooms and a wonderful restaurant. We were amazed to find the pool and spa available til 1am, after a night out upon return we were able to sit in the spa. My only concern, I slipped on the pool deck, tiles very smooth and polished, the staff assisted me and reported to however no one from management called to check on me, this was the only thing that disappointed me he. Oh I should mentioned that our room overlooked the waterfall wall but with the door closed it could not be heard. Will return yes we would. The location is perfect in a busy section of Seminyak and Legian but inside calm, quiet and relaxing.
We had a really wonderful stay at TS Suites. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are huge and comfortable, the location is super convenient, and the rooftop pool is a perfect spot to relax. What really stood out to us, though, was how nice the staff are. Every single person we ran into was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, without it ever feeling forced. It’s rare to find service that feels this genuine. It’s the kind of place that just makes you feel welcome from day one. We’d definitely stay here again! And already planning it
