Just as good as last time!
We had been looking forward to returning to The Legian ever since our first stay last year, and it was at least as good as we remembered.
The setting is difficult to beat. The hotel sits directly on a long stretch of beach, with the sound of the waves always in the background. At the same time, it feels remarkably calm and private, even though the restaurants and shops of Seminyak are only a few minutes away.
What makes the biggest difference, though, is the team. The service is attentive and personal, but always relaxed and natural. Many guests return regularly, and we fully understand why!

Darma was the best!!!
Darma made our stay truly memorable. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. He took the time to tell us about the nearby areas and shared helpful local recommendations that made our experience even better. Third time back to this exceptional hotel in 13 years and it’s as excellent as always. Timeless luxury hotel, service is impeccable - cannot fault anything from the beautiful pools, to gardens, to beach position, to the grandeur of the rooms. We had a 2 bed apartment which is amazing for families. Tea coffee snacks and drinks in the kitchen are a bonus. Nothing is too much for the staff at this hotel - they go out of their way to please you. Shops and cafes on doorstep. 3 min walk to Seminyak square. Great morning walk into Legian and Kuta. Can only dream of returning. No where else better.

Luxury with a family touch
The Legian provides an exceptional holiday experience with the sophistication of all that a 5 star hotel can offer combined with being cared for like you are a family member.
This is a brilliant hotel
I would go as far to say this is the best hotel I have stayed in
They have excellent staff who treat the guests as individuals and always by name which is impressive given the size of the hotel
The rooms are large (we have an ocean view suite) and very comfortable
The restaurant is a very high standard serving meals with fresh ingredients. When we were there they had a guest Michelin starred chef two nights, but even then the price was very good value
