The restaurant offering food that is both healthy and delicious, pan-Asian classics and elaborations on international favourites. Business visitors are able to host meetings and conferences since the property offers the perfect venues. The rooms are all wrapped in new modern minimalist architecture, have a comfortable interior and feature all the essential amenities. They welcome guests and make them have the best experience.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had a wonderful experience with Mr Surya Suardiana. He gave us a very warm and friendly welcome n was extremely helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality, kindness n attention to detail made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciated his welcoming attitude and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to meet him again on our next visit to Bali! ❤️🌴
We had a great time staying at The Haven. All staff so friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in how you are feeling about your time in Bali. Endang and Ayu engaged with us daily, new our names within a day and were so charming and we really enjoyed our chats. Thank you so much ladies, we really valued you're time and effort. We had a driver every day of our stay who looked after us very well and didn't have any worries about getting around a very busy Bali. The hotel cleanliness was exceptional, rooms cleaned daily. Felt very comfortable. The restaurant was inviting and food delicious, included an Italian dinner and Balinese dinner night which was lovely. Would highly recommend staying at The Haven for a wonderful experience in Bali.
We had an exceptional experience at The Haven hotel. The service in the restaurant was outstanding and the rooms were beautifully appointed and immaculately clean with a pool view. We particularly appreciated Sintya’s exceptional service and her constant smile. She is a wonderful waiter. We also commend the entire staff for their professionalism and hospitality. My brother and I will certainly return to stay and thank you for your kindness.
Fantastic place to stay in a great location, the hotel was clean and tidy with friendly and attentive staff. My daughter had a tattoo, and the hotel staff made up her bed in black sheets, very practical and a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, also the pool side menu had a good selection. Would definitely stay there again.
I loved my stay at The Haven! It’s in a great position, the room was lovely and super clean, staff are wonderful. I’ll definitely stay again next time!
