Amazing service, clean, modern and stylish resort. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating to any request. Rooms were clean comfortable and quiet. 10/10 breakfast. Terrific location, beautiful pool and rooftop facilities. Only small improvement suggestion would be to increase the size and equipment in the gym. Everything else was perfect.
We organised 5 nights at Kanvaz as we had to check out of our villa in Ubud due to some issues. When we were speaking to the staff organising the stay they were super helpful. They really went out of their way searching all of their rooms for availability. When we arrived we were shocked this was a 4 star hotel. Everything about it screams 5 stars in my opinion. It is in a central location in seminyak on a Main Street but when your in the hotel day and evening you don’t hear the noise from outside. We had breakfast included and it was fantastic. Such a range. All fresh with all the cold and hot drinks available too. We couldn’t have been any more impressed with all of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and will do anything to make your stay easier and more comfortable. I think Kanvaz represents fantastic value for money. I recommend this hotel to anyone without reservation with my family and I more than happy to stay here again.
What a little gem.
We normally stay in 5 star hotels in Seminyak but I stayed at Kanvas as my family were staying there. It totally amazed me. Beautiful rooms that take you straight into the main pool. Big comfortable beds. Staff were amazing and so attentive. Breakfast had a wide range of everything. It was very good. Kamvaz is in a great position. Close to Semiyaks best restaurants and bars. We hired a scooter from the resort to travel to the beach and Seminyaks shopping hub. Only 5/10minutes. So I highly recommend this hotel if you don't want to pay the 5 star price.
We stayed a week in Kanvaz village and cannot recommend enough.
Rooms are lovely and cleaned daily to a high standard. Every member of staff we encountered were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, couldn't do enough to help you. The pool area is lovely and kept very clean, we even saw a member of staff ensuring all tiles were secured and safe on the pool floor. Location was great for us, walkable to everything we needed, plenty bars/restaurants/shops surrounding the hotel. Despite Seminyak being a lively resort we found the hotel very quiet and were never disturbed by any noise.
We were given a voucher to use within the hotel daily on food/drinks/spa and found this exceptional value for money.
Food and drinks were all lovely, the only improvement to suggest is some items of food at breakfast could've been hotter - minor issue.
We asked for a late check out and were given this free of charge.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.
We stayed here for a few days before going to our usual hotel in Seminyak The Hotel was beautiful We couldnt fault anything Room are lovely Staff are wonderful Breakfast selection is amazing would recommend this hotel
