Location is in the center with many stores nearby. Services is good staffs are friendly especially KASIH, she is very nice!

After check out, my friend sprained her ankle and complained so much pain. Security guard, named Ully, approached us and offered help. All staff, including a manager and other security guard, came to us and gave us pain-relief ointment and ice packs. They brought first-aid kit and asked us to rest at the lobby as long as we wanted. For the time being, they kept asking if we needed anything. We really appreciated the help that we received from the staff. Thank you so so much.
Excellent reception staff. Bagas and Ika were fantastic with check in. Fabulous hotel very clean excellent location . Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities required . Highly reommmended .
