Four Points By Sheraton Bali Seminyak is located amidst the rice fields of Petitenget down a quiet lane that is the preferred neighbourhood to an array of private villa accommodations.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We absolutely loved the hotel. Check in process was easy and straightforward. Staff was well trained, polite and professional. Breakfast buffet was the highlight for us. Lots of variety including continental, Indian and Indonesian food. Well managed too even during busy periods. Rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Pool was well maintained and good sized, and kids loved it. High tea was the only part which we felt need improvement. The food kept there is only to cater may be 4-5 people at a time, and unless you are early, you will be waiting for food to arrive the whole time. Ibread a lot of comments about the location being an issue, but we liked the location. Only a short walk to restaurants, market and beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay here again when we come to Bali next.

North end of Seminyak beach but about three roads back from the beach. Quiet location and approx 10 min walk to beach via back alleys - but we warned that if the door is closed/locked in the alley you will need to walk round (about 35 mins) or get a Grab taxi/scooter.
Beach is lovely and was quiet when we were there and some great beach bars.
It is a corporate style hotel but the staff are lovely and remembered our names from the day we arrived - particular mention to Sri who was lovely and personified hospitality staff.
We had a junior suite which was huge and again the staff who looked after the room were great too. Really good value for money.
Pool area and breakfast were really nice too.
All in all a lovely stay and and about 10 min walk to main bars etc.
The service at this hotel was truly beyond my expectations. From the front desk staff and kitchen chef to the restaurant servers and housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful.
I traveled here alone, but the staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for that it almost felt like coming home. They would often check in with me to make sure I had everything I needed, and the level of genuine care and hospitality they showed is difficult to put into words.
The room was very comfortable, the location was excellent, and the overall experience made my stay even more memorable. What impressed me most was not only the quality of the hotel, but the kindness of the people working here.
I am truly grateful to the entire team for making my stay so special. I would definitely love to come back again.
I had amazing stays at Four Points by Sheraton Bali Seminyak with my fiancee. The hotel was comfortable and overall the service was warm and welcoming.
I’d also like to give a special mention to Jeremy from Front Office, who was friendly and helpful during our stay. Also, thank you to Chef Dion from the kitchen for the great service and hospitality. The staff made us feel very welcomed and helped make our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely be happy to stay here again when visiting seminyak!
