Four Points By Sheraton Bali Seminyak

Our stay at Four Points By Sheraton was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were cleaned when we requested and always felt nice to come back to. The overall location of the hotel is very nice, there are food places around and lots do to. The food here was also excellent, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was made fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 13 nights. We had a Junior suite that overlooked a very quiet and lovely garden at the rear of the hotel. We really enjoyed the serenity and quietness of this area where we could enjoy late afternoon sunshine and sunsets from our balcony. The staff at this hotel are fabulous. Any request was met with that famous Bali smile and was carried out quickly. When slight – and I mean slight – little things happened it was very quickly rectified. Our room was lovely and spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and our room was cleaned immaculately each day. The daily buffet breakfast was great – really good choices, in all nationalities catered for. I love the Indonesian food while my husband preferred the more western style. We enjoyed a fabulous chicken broth with fresh greens that was freshly made every morning by the fabulous kitchen staff. It was truly delicious. After the second or third day the staff greeted us by name. From the friendly and welcoming staff at reception to the breakfast team down to the pool bar guys – they were all fantastic and you can see. They worked really well together as a team. We enjoyed the pool area most days relaxing with a fresh young cold coconut to drink, reading, swimming and people watching. The hotel is a really nice size, not too big but enough people around to give it a nice atmosphere. On our last night, we had the best Negroni’s at the rooftop bar looking out over the view. The road that this hotel is situated on is very quiet. It is about a 900 m walk to Pettitenget Road where there are great restaurants and lots going on. It was an easy 10 minute quiet walk to the beach in the mornings/afternoons to watch the amazing sunsets. We used the free hotel shuttle, that operates three times a day quite a lot as well, very convenient to get to Seminyak Square. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
