From the moment we checked in the staff were amazing. So hospitable and polite. Location was great. Rooms are huge and pillows were the best we ever had!

Beautiful resort, great location and friendly staff had a private pool suite which was quiet and with the automatic shade made it very private. Will definitely be back.
We thought we had just booked an ocean-view room, so were surprised to find we'd booked a whole suite (the biggest room in Seminyak, apparently!!) We had a tour of the hotel, taken up to our room and was met by our butler with welcome drinks! We couldn't believe the size of the suite, a huge bathroom with his n hers sinks, separate shower and a deep bath with TV to watch! 🛀🚿📺 We had a big balcony with lovely views over the 120 metre length pool, the beach and the Indian Ocean. A well stocked fridge, TV, L-shaped sofa, huge, comfortable bed, his n hers wardrobes. Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice of a la carte or buffet and catered for me being gluten and dairy intolerant. Great pool bar and sunbeds on a patio on the beach in front of the hotel. We had a delicious meal in the 1920's style restaurant - beautiful, elegant decor and a beautiful opera singer as our entertainment! All the staff were friendly, helpful and smiley! 😁 We really enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend it and can't wait to come back.
