I had the very best stay at De Vins again, this being my second time. Was so warmly greeted by the lovely Widya and was made feel welcome from the first contact. When I was taken to my room it was huge, luxurious and immaculately clean and there waiting for me was a hand written note from the general manager welcoming me back again. What a touch of class and made my day. The hotel has the most amazing huge rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant. All drinks and food were delicious and arrived in no time at all. For me the absolute standout of De Vins is the staff with special mention to the gorgeous Rina and the two cocktail legends Oka and Benny. Was so lovely to see them again. Felt like returning to family. These three really drive customer service standards and are a real credit and are building a really strong team (the two Adi's were a real pleasure also and never stopped working and smiling). I had a friend from Australia plus my wife there this time and they were equally impressed and will definitely return. With all my heart thank you all so much and see you next trip
Nice and quiet location, approx 15 min walk to the beach. They offer free shuttle car to beach and shopping square. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Very nice hotel. Everyone was no nice. You could tell the hotel was a little old but other than that, great. Great location, just a minute walk from the main street so it is still very quiet. Breakfast on the rooftop and nice lounge as well. They offer free car ride to the beach or seminyak square as well.
brilliant hotel maybe needs a little work but overall very good only problem was hot water but Lisa the Manager was working on that rooms spacious and clean Breakfast and all all food we had was top quality Staff could not be more helpful from the bar staff breakfast crew and evening staff Pool staff at the bar on point every time No complaints at all Handy for everywhere beach shopping massages coffee houses Minor complaint is the shuttle bus takes you to the beach and or the square but is not allowed to bring you back even if you see the same driver dropping off other guests Definitely a hotel we will return to Don't read the bad reviews everyone we spoke to as guests loved the Hotel 4 star giving 5 star service
