Heaven in Bali
We had a wonderful family experience here. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the staff, both at the restaurant and reception, are truly wonderful.
A special mention to Mr. Ari, near the concierge desk. His warm smile and genuine interest in us every single day made our experience even more special.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a little piece of heaven in Bali!

Amazing Staff, Great Location & Fantastic Breakfast
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, double shower heads, and excellent soundproofing—we couldn't hear the pool or live entertainment once the doors were closed.
The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight, with so many delicious options you could easily spend all morning there. We also loved the complimentary popcorn and iced tea in the lobby each day, the family-friendly activities, happy hour, and the free golf buggy service to Seminyak Beach and Seminyak Square, which isn't very far so its the perfect location.
A special thank you to Ari at Concierge for the great local recommendations and making it so easy to get around, and to Fandi from Security, who always made sure we crossed the road safely. Most of all, every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, always smiling, polite, and happy to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

I enjoyed it . It was made to be great fun .
dika Diah I took Part in the beer pong game which was well explained and great deal of fun . I actually won a beer . the staff were great fun especially Dika who made the experience a great one with much laughter .
