Fantastic Location and Exceptional Hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the beach, shopping malls, and many of the area’s popular tourist attractions. The surrounding atmosphere is vibrant and lively, making it a great base for exploring.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the price per night offers great value for money. While there was some noise in the hallways at night, it was manageable and didn’t take away from our overall experience.
The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and we’d like to give a special thank you to Ari from the concierge team. Ari went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, offering excellent recommendations on places to visit, things to do, and local attractions. His friendly attitude, local knowledge, and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience.
The hotel amenities were also very good and added to an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.
A Perfect Bali Getaway
We had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bali and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which was always clean and had a great atmosphere. Breakfast had a fantastic variety of delicious food, and the quality was outstanding every morning.
What really made our stay special was the exceptional service from the team, especially Maza. Maza truly stood out with his warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests. He always took the time to say hello, check that everything was perfect, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression and really enhanced our holiday.
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Bali while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing resort. Every staff member made us feel valued, but Maza’s exceptional hospitality deserves special recognition.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Bali to anyone visiting Bali and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Excellent value for money
This place is absolutely wonderful, the staff couldn’t do any more for you if they tried. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast we have had anywhere in the world. The selection was insane, also breakfast was on until 11am.
The rooms are well lit with top air conditions, the beds ver comfortable and the maids that kept or room clean were amazing. The slight issue with the room is the set up and strange to have a massive window straight to the toilet and shower, we kept the blinds closed but still could see in.
The drinks that were produced were very good value around the pool and in the bar. We ate in the the restaurant once at night and the food was good 10/10. Big shout out to wika for being a top member of staff and great guy ( from mr Dan)
The only negative we could find about the hotel is that the the lay out of the hotel is quite poor and situated the pool in the middle. It’s not a huge drama if you get up early and can secure a bed in the sun, which is difficult as there are only about 30 in the sun. Across the pool is in complete shade all day, not one inch of sunshine. Some morning became hostile as we were on our beds for 08.00 and there were people storming around the pool harassing the pool guys to throw towels off beds. This shouldn’t be like this, we do get return to you policy within 30 min policy, but as a guest you shouldn’t have to feel rushed and anxiety when going to breakfast to return to no seats.
A bit of advice to courtyard. Get rid of the water feature, and small pool at the bottom and put a bathing area with more beds in the sun. It literally doesn’t have the correct allocation of sun beds that have access to the sun without feeling guilty or anxious about leaving your items. All in all 9/10 stay for us
