Swiss Belresort Watu Jimbar

We initially got a room that smelled musty and moldy but after speaking with Diana, she had personally made sure we got a room that was much more pleasant and I thank her very much for that, otherwise I would not have been able to stay there. Water pressure was good in the shower and we were able to enjoy using our big bath tub. Cleaning could have been done a bit better sometimes around the bathroom. Buffet Breakfast was good with nice variety and food being replenished quite quickly. Egg station staff were extremely efficient! As well as other stations and kitchen staff. Renovation for the reception area has nearly been completed by the time we left which looked nice, fresh and welcoming. Very good location to go out to local shops and restaurants. The shuttle service is great also. Everyone working at the resort was very kind and friendly. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The location and breakfast is really good. Our spa room unfortunately faced a concrete wall without sunlight so I would advise a pool view room if you want a bit of atmosphere. And request the sunny side morning sun for drying out bathers etc. even better they have rooms on the ground floor that open on to the pool with your own privacy garden fence. It could get noisy though. But looked ideal as it’s hard to get a sunlounge. They also have a part of the beach secured with 30 sunlounges free of charge inc a towel. You need to book that early in the day you want to go and they run a shuttle to the beach. Perfect setup! No wi fi. Overall we enjoyed our time there and recommend the location. Casablanca bar that has live bands most nights is right next door. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault them.
