We had the best experience. The people are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and the staff is very kind; they made it the best experience of my trip. Thank you for being the best hotel in Sanur, centrally located, surrounded by the best amenities with a nearby beach; the hotel pool is incredible. And the best part is the breakfast—it's amazing! Plus, there's a section with chili 🌶️—it was like being at home. Thank you from Mexico 🇲🇽—you are the best! .

I have been coming to Sanur Watujimbar for many years, and after nine years I finally returned. It was such a wonderful feeling to be back at a place that holds so many memories for me. One of the biggest highlights was seeing Lintang again, with his always big and genuine smile. He is truly one of those people who makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. His warmth, kindness and personal attention make such a difference. He really knows how to make you feel welcome and he makes your holiday complete. It was incredibly special to see him again after all those years. The hotel itself is in a great and convenient location, making it easy to explore Sanur and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The swimming pool is lovely, the pool bar is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink, and the breakfast has plenty of choice and is a great start to the day. After nine years away, coming back felt like returning home. Thank you, Sanur Watujimbar, and especially Lintang, for making my stay so special. I hope it won’t take another nine years before I come back! ❤️
We love Sanur Resort, this was our 3rd time there, the staff are amazing, we loved the shuttle and the shuttle drivers. The rooms are so clean and great size, nice and close to the beach, markets and Icon. We will be back again next year
Was a great stay and would stay again. Rooms were large and clean. Staff were super friendly and food was fresh and delicious. The hotel itself was beautiful and the pool was lovely with poolside chairs. They have water filling stations all over the hotel which I think is genious as you have access to water all times and can fill your water bottles rather than a couple bottles each day. I would definitely stay here again. Was close to other restaurants and they have a buggy to the beach but the beach is only a 5 Min walk away.
