This resort is beautifully located in Bali, nestled amidst the rich natural and cultural splendour of the area. The resort enjoys close proximity to a wealth of attractions in the area. The beach is conveniently just a short distance away, where guests can enjoy the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, surrounded by tropical beauty. The airport is about 25-minute drive away. This charming resort tempts visitors with the promise of luxury and style. It also comprises a wide range of first-class facilities and services, attending to the needs of discerning travellers. The accommodation options are superbly designed, exuding tropical beauty and splendour featuring all the essential amenities needed for a pleasant and unforgettable stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We were extremely disappointed with how the hotel handled a serious accident involving my 76 year old aunt, whose finger was severely crushed by a hotel room door and required surgery.
We had to repeatedly insist that the hotel pursue the matter through their insurance. The GM eventually met with us only after we repeatedly requested and begged for a meeting.
We strongly believe the hotel’s door mechanism was at fault and that the hotel was aware of the issue. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly heard doors slamming heavily, particularly in the wind. The doors closed very quickly, and our own room had the same issue. This raised serious concerns about the safety and condition of the hotel’s door mechanisms.
The hotel eventually waived two nights for our two rooms as a goodwill gesture, but this was not offered initially and was not compensation for my aunt’s injury. About a week later, after we had already left Bali, the hotel informed us that the insurance claim had been denied and that they were unable to provide any compensation.
We were left feeling completely at a loss.My aunt has had to endure surgery and ongoing medical treatment, while the hotel was ultimately able to avoid any financial responsibility.
We appreciate the staff who assisted us during the emergency, but we are deeply disappointed by the management’s handling of the incident and the outcome for our family.
This hotel is a hidden gem. Staff are friendly and always with a smile on their face. Rooms are huge and have everything you would need during your stay. Great location and close to restaurants and bars
We had a wonderful experience at Sanur Watu Jimbar! The service here is truly excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
A special big thumbs up to Pak Lintang for his outstanding service. He was very attentive, professional, and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His warm and genuine hospitality really made our experience even more enjoyable.
One of the things we really appreciated was the convenience of the buggy service, which was available to take guests to the Icon area and also to the beach. It made getting around so much easier and more comfortable.
The beach facilities were also great. They provide free beach beds and towels, which was such a nice touch and made spending time by the beach even more relaxing.
Overall, Sanur Watu Jimbar offers a great combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and exceptional hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Sanur.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanur Resort Watujimbah in Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their face.
A special mention to Lingtang, who was absolutely amazing! His kindness, warmth and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay even more special. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
The resort itself is beautiful, relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. The service was exceptional, and it was the wonderful staff who truly made our experience memorable.
We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Sanur Resort Watujimbah to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with fantastic staff and genuine Balinese hospitality.

I have just arrived home from the perfect long weekend at the resort. I felt seen by everyone there who treated me with respect and friendliness. The food was excellent and the team where so helpful definitely going again :)
