Had very polite welcome,no room ready had to wait,no prob for me! Was taken to beach for coffee,whilst waiting Lovely room,upgrade with my accor card,clean and comfy,slept realy well! F+B staff too were so so kind,wish I could rem.name! Food was good too,had a lovely week Tried the spa,just once! Check out young lady was so kind,org.transfere to dreadful mercure Legian! Bell boys too great!

Fantastic location on beach and on the Sanur walking path. Wonderful warm friendly staff! Great place to relax and unwind.
We stayed for two nights in room 208. The reception staff were very professional and helpful. We had room service first night and beach bbq second night. Room service very nice but found bbq very simple on beach and food not overly hot. The breakfast we enjoyed and again the staff are the resorts best asset in the bar and restaurants. We walked along the ocean up to Bali Icon which was wonderful. Enjoyed the quiet area this hotel is located in and the grounds are clean and calming. We enjoyed a spa treatment which was lovely and priced well. Only two complaints are we had no hot water for both nights and the rooms need an upgrade as tired looking however they were clean and tidy and the aircon worked well. Weird the coffee station in the bathroom.
Once again, my wife and I returned to Mercure Sanur. I believe this would have been our 9th or 10th time. We have been travelling to Bali for over 35 years and for most of those we stayed on the Kuta side of the island. Then we took a good look around us at all the new modern concrete jungle with flat roofs, no gardens, etc, and realized this didn’t represent the Bali we used to know and love. So, we ventured to Sanur and found the Mercure. Some of the buildings are about 40 years old. Others are probably 20+, so they are quite dated and in need of updating. But they are only low rise with traditional thatched roofs and sprawled among expansive mature landscaping and has its own direct beachfront. The location is very convenient, especially with the shuttle running past the front gate. It is this tranquillity that we enjoy the most. As soon as we arrive, we feel relaxed. There is a variety of rooms available to suit most requirements. Yudi, the Guest Experience manager, Astawa who serviced our room Mala and Reno in the restaurant were all are extremely friendly and attentive to any request. Breakfast is a buffet style with a huge choice of food to suit all palates. The resort is not 5 Star, but nor is the price and offers very good value for money. Will we be back – most certainly.
