Do not waste your money on this resort!! You pay an absolute fortune to stay at Maya Sanur, but you get terrible customer service and a very poorly managed hotel in return. Our stay was a complete disaster from start to finish: • Disgusting Hygiene: I ordered a goose-down pillow from their pillow menu, and when it arrived, it was visibly dirty with black stains all over it. Dilapidated Rooms: The bed sheets provided were literally torn, and the seating/luggage storage space in the room was completely broken. Ruined Personal Belongings: I trusted their laundry service to wash my shoes. They completely damaged them—the crisp white colour on one shoe turned completely grey! 7Avoid this place at all costs!
Returning again to the Maya Sanur, our 3rd time in the Heavenly Ocean view suite with private pool. A great room, so comfortable coming from a long flight from the UK it is perfect. W3 always book hotel transport from the airport, directly to the Maya a quick check in then straight to the tree bar to enjoy happy hour. So nice great service and the butlers always look after you . In two weeks we will be there👏
We were so excited to go back to Maya again this year and from day one, all the staff were amazing. Very welcoming, respectful, friendly staff and goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and wonderful. Beautiful hotel, great location,great food and drink from the three different restaurants, beautiful rooms and very clean. Big thank you to our Butler Natalia who done a great job,makes sure we feel like home, comfortable, remind us of all of our activities on a daily basis. Thank you the Spa's team and everyone at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa for this wonderful holiday.
