Such a beautiful location on the Sanur coastline makes this hotel stand out. The east breeze was most welcome each day. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms are spacious and quiet with excellent air-conditioning. Rooms are cleaned and serviced expertly. I felt secure and safe here and there is close proximity to shops, restaurants and transport. Its beautiful walking around the lush gardens or along the beachfront. Worth every cent staying here, just loved it!
We have been coming to the Hyatt Regency for 15 years and each holiday spent at the Hyatt Regency is exceptional, memorable and fun. It continues to feel like a very special place to us. The staff are exceptional - so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Over the years, we have made wonderful friends, both among the staff and fellow travelers. The Regency Club has always gone beyond our expectations, making every stay even more memorable. A very special thank you to Oka, Dewi and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We have already booked a return visit in March! Thank you Hyatt Sanur for so many wonderful memories. We are coming back!

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, a great location, and a peaceful atmosphere. It also felt very safe and comfortable for a solo traveler. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.
We were in Bali for a wedding, traveling from the USA. The location on the beach was perfect, peaceful and beautiful. The atmosphere was calm and blissfully serene.The hotel grounds were gorgeous, like staying in a garden, I saw so many garderners keeping things in order. I believe the rooms had been recently renovated, and it showed. Everything was spotless and kept that way for our entire 10 day stay. I was impressed by the staff and their total focus on their jobs. Everyone we came into contact with was smiling and helpful. I will miss the delicious and enormous breakfast buffet!
