Amazing hotel with a beautiful garden, delicious food and the most wonderful staff. The room was spotlessly clean, modern and beautifully designed.
Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service and the attention to detail. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every moment of our stay. A truly beautiful place with fantastic people. We would definitely come back! ❤️ Highly recommended!
I had an amazing time at the Hyatt. It exceeded my expectations and felt like I was in another world. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, and they went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have an allergy to peanuts and tree nuts and the breakfast staff and chefs were fantastic in showing me around the buffet, and making sure I was able to eat foods safely. The hotel itself is stunning with beautiful, exotic landscapes and wildlife everywhere you walk. I will definitely return another day.
We absolutely loved our 7-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Sanur.
It was our first experience staying at such a luxurious hotel, and I honestly think it will be very hard for any future hotel to top this one. From the warm welcome and beautiful room to the incredibly friendly staff and delicious breakfast buffet, everything was simply perfect for us.
We would have loved to extend our stay, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. And that’s completely understandable, because this place truly is a gem 🤗
Despite the hotel being fully booked, we always managed to find a sunbed by the pool, never had to wait for a table during breakfast, and never once felt that the hotel was too crowded.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Bali in Sanur and overall had a wonderful experience. What stood out most was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From Reception and Guest Services to Housekeeping, In-Room Dining, Omang Omang Restaurant and Shankha Spa, I was consistently made to feel welcome and well looked after.
The resort itself is beautiful, with its lush tropical setting creating a very special atmosphere. I was attending a retreat during my stay, so unfortunately I had limited time to enjoy the spa. However, I was able to experience the Balance treatment at Shankha Spa before leaving for the airport, which was a lovely way to end my stay. I also appreciated the beautiful relaxation lounge and only wish I had had more time to enjoy it.
There were a few issues during my stay. I developed an itchy rash after using one of the jacuzzis, although I cannot say with certainty what caused it. I also experienced a blocked shower drain which caused the shower to flood, as well as some issues with the air-conditioning and minibar replenishment.
What impressed me was how attentively the team responded. The shower drainage issue was dealt with promptly, and I received a follow-up WhatsApp message, two separate apology cards and thoughtful treats in my room, including a fresh coconut, snake fruit and Balinese nuts. It was a lovely gesture and made me feel genuinely cared for.
Despite these issues, the hospitality was excellent and played a significant part in making my time in Bali so memorable. Hyatt Regency Bali provided a beautiful backdrop to a very special stay, and I left with a great deal of gratitude for the care and kindness shown to me by the team.
I would happily return - and next time, I would make sure I had more time to enjoy Shankha Spa.
Resort is beautiful and well maintained. Gardens are gorgeous. Room was large enough for 2 of us. Bed was cozy, room also had a lovely balcony and bathroom shower was handheld with option for rain shower also. They provided enough bottled water, always more per request as well to accommodate the fact drinking tap water is prohibited. Spa was fabulous, available even on late notice. Purchased products there to take home, high quality and lovely scents. Food was extravagantly prepared, especially loved the breakfast. Staff was genuinely accommodating, kind, friendly and happy. Beach is lovely, especially when the tide is in 😊 Highly recommend this resort!! Loved everything about it!
