Beautiful property, great service
Location is awesome. Despite of chaotic traffic on the road, as soon as you enter the hotel, it feels differently in better way- peaceful and beautiful all around. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We are always greeted with a smile by staffs at the Regency Club. Their food and drinks are fantastic, make fresh daily. The Club itself is beautiful, surrounded with lots of plants and flowers. The room itself is okay, need some work and updating amenities; also smell moldy but it wasn’t too bad so we didn’t talk to anyone about that smell. The pool is great, step to the beach easily. We also ate at Pizzaria restaurant, very good food and big portion too. Keep in mind, there is quite a lot of mosquitos, so be prepared with some spray. In general, the hotel is worth to visit and Bali is a beautiful place with affordable cost.
Lovely hotel on the beach
Great location on the beach with lots of beach lounges. The hotel rooms and grounds are well maintained and kept extremely clean. Pools are lovely with two adult ones - one up near the gym and spa. There were a lot of children in the other pools so this was good. Hot and cold therapy with sauna, steam room and hot and cold plunge/jacuzzi available for all guests too. Pizzaria restaurant was great with beach outlook and live music every night. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and attentive. Whilst expensive I think you get what you pay for here.

Luxury spread over a huge area
I was not expecting such a huge hotel (my bad) it took over 500 paces to walk to reception and back. Similar distance to the pool The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was suitably luxurious All the staff were good and the reception people were better

Excellent hotel, will revisit.
Exceptional hotel with a family vibe. Lovely green spaces. The Hyatt Regency Club is worth the small uplift. Food was consistently good. Despite the hotel being full occupancy it never felt too busy, no trouble getting seats at the pool or in restaurants. Prices very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants, bike hire available (and fun to bike along the beach!)

Everything was amazing. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Staff were so kind. Met accessibility and dietary needs without any issues. Atmosphere was incredible. 100% would recommend and come back!
