Wonderful resort.
We stayed 12 days at the resort for our 54th anniversary and found it to be as good as any resort that we have stayed at. Choice of pools, good dining options in house service was good.very special thanks to Rini, she was the highlight. There was nothing to much trouble for her, she looked after us for the whole duration of our stay and we think that she is an absolute credit to the resort,

I would like to thank Demmy, the Guest Service Manager for the exceptional care and hospitality extended to my team throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and any requests or requirements were handled promptly and with a wonderful attitude. What stood out most was the personal attention and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that everyone in the crew felt comfortable, welcomed, and well looked after. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and seamless. Your commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience is truly appreciated and reflects exceptionally well on the hotel. Demmy, Gaby and the rest of the staff were amazing at the Sakala. Our first time here and every single staff member made our stay easy and memorable. Thank you Demmy for hosting us in such a friendly and comfortable way, checking in to make sure my family was well looked after. Putri from the Spa was also great in making me feel special on my relaxation day. Lastly, the locals were fantastic from surrounding businesses as an FYI. The chemist (apotek) gave me a ride back to Sakala when I was exhausted and refused my tip. We will be back!

The resort is in an amazing place. The rooms are very clean, and look beautiful. The staff is very helpful. Demmy was very welcoming and radiates so much positive energy. I will for sure visit again🥰

Absolutely loved my stay at The Sakala Resort Bali! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. The service is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious! Every member of the staff is so kind, friendly, and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help with anything you need. The whole experience was wonderful, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel! ❤️
