Sakala Resort is the best One! We went there on our Honeymoon and it was wonderfull! The staff was amazing, very dedicated and professional. Always with a smile on the face and kind words. We recomend everyone to come to SAKALA Resort to have the best experience ever! We have stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and it was wonderfull! Thanks a lot SAKALA Staff ☺️

Maybe I’m not used to 5-star hotels or 5 services. Everything was just perfect for my stay here. Thank you. Strong and good wifi. TV got Netflix & YouTube. Not outdated, so good. Toilet got bidet. Breakfast buffet spread was awesome. Love the Indo mee. Received a complimentary massage as well. Good. They even prepared a bday surprise for my wife. Good. There are discounts if u tell the water sports seller that you’re staying in this hotel. Good.
Lastly, the cons are hard to get a Grab here so best to call the reception & help to get it. Another con is this place is so far from the typical tourist attractions. Quite isolated. It’s perfect if you just want to enjoy your holiday here only & not going to buy souvenirs or whatsoever.

The location is great, right on the beach front, walking distance to water sports and a short gojek ride into kuta.
For many patrons at the resort ymit is not over crowded at all, yes you see a few people each location you go but never too many in one place at one time.
The selection of evening events gives a great variety to the evening entertainment. Our favourite part was the buffet breakfast with a large selection of cuisines, and our most helpful talent was Lisa, so friendly and learning our children's names welcoming them in every morning made them feel very special. Lisa was also very helpful with any request we had and also recommending the best attractions to visit and which day was best with holidays etc.
We had a two bedroom family room and it was very spacious for us all. Loved the welcome towel arrangement and personal message on the mirror. They supplied lots of bottled water, and bathroom essentials.
The air-conditioning was a little bit noisy but cannot live without it and got used to the sound very quickly, you cannot hear any neighbouring apartments, and the rooms we very neat, tidy and clean.
The pool amenities were very good as well, beach towels supplied, plenty of lounge chairs to choose from, 2 swim up pool bars in the lagoon pool where we spent most of our time as the kids loved the water slide.
