My husband and I each had a 90-minute massage with Lola and Rita, and I genuinely don’t think words can do the experience justice. This was our sixth massage since arriving in Bali, so we had plenty to compare it to, but this was on a completely different level.
Both Lola and Rita were absolutely exceptional. The technique, pressure, attention to detail and overall experience were incredible from beginning to end. We walked out feeling completely relaxed and honestly blown away by how good it was.
The spa at The Apurva Kempinski is certainly more expensive than many other massages in Bali, but it is worth every penny. This was easily the highlight of all the spa treatments we had during our trip, and we would happily pay the price again.

Our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were truly second to none.
Linda from In-Room Dining was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Our server at Bai Yun was also fantastic, although unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. The hosts at Pala were wonderful as well, and our front desk gentleman was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
Beyond the amazing staff, the resort itself is breathtaking. The amenities were incredible, the atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. It was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon.
The Apurva Kempinski gave us a honeymoon experience that we will always remember. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or memorable stay.
10/10 without hesitation. We will absolutely be back in the future!
