She was incredibly kind, polite, and spoke very clearly, immediately taking the best steps to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt and efficient support, my hat was found in just about 10 minutes! Ayuni at the Kempinski Spa was amazing. I left feeling very relaxed.
This was my first stay in Bali. I used the facility after checking out, while waiting for an activity scheduled for 3:30 PM. A staff member named Yasmin kindly explained how to use the amenities. Although the room isn't large, it offers drinks and light snacks—perfect for soothing a body tired from playing in the pool earlier that morning. While many hotels allow guests to simply sit in the lobby area, the Kempinski truly lives up to its reputation for excellence.

Great location Rooms so spacious, we stayed in a grand deluxe lagoon room. We celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday on the beach, set up was amazing, food and drinks excellent. Dana and Rohpoola cleaned our room more than once a day, spotless, even folded our clothes. Very happy with all the staff here, at restaurants, at the bars even the cleaning staff all so friendly.
