Relaxing stay with fabulous food and attentive staff
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Sofitel. The resort was just beautiful, so well maintained and everything genuinely 5 star. Our room was extremely comfortable and I loved the bath and the comfortable beds. The in house spa was wonderful, a full range of services and a very peaceful place with excellent technicians. The massage by the beach was restorative and rejuvenating. Particular highlights were the staff, who were extremely courteous and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and the food, which was exemplary. The buffet breakfast was I think the best I have ever had, every possible combination of breakfast foods and all of very high quality and very tasty and the Beach Bar and KweeZeen for lunch were delightful. We really enjoyed our meals at Cucina which is a higher end Italian inspired restaurant with really delicious flavours, amazing seafood, very decent Balinese wine and great bread. Special thanks to Suci and Edo for being so attentive and make our meal memorable. Thank you so much for our relaxing break.
Magical beachside dinner
Amazing beachside dinner. Wood-fired barbecue, basket lanterns and impeccable service from our waiter Marsi. An anniversary dinner to remember.

Great resort and service
Amazing resort with five star service. Did the bike ride great leisurely ride along the beach front bikes were nice to ride and did the job. Big shout out to Darma providing the great service

3rd time and still perfect
We've just come back to Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua for the 3rd time, and the kids club is still the main reason we keep returning. This trip our children joined the Balinese painting ,cooking class and the afternoon treasure hunt. The staff are incredibly attentive,patient,and genuinely love the kids. We felt completely comfortable leaving the for a few hours to enjoy some adult time at the spa, knowing they were having just as much fun. Thanks for lovely staff Triana, Asri, Massri and Eka at Kids club for making our 3rd trip the best one yet!
