We had a fantastic stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua Bali and truly enjoyed the combination of warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, wellness activities and excellent food.
A special mention goes to the Fitness Centre team, especially Mr Artha, who conducted our functional training session. He was professional, attentive and encouraging, and tailored the exercises to our needs. His positive energy and personalised guidance made the session both enjoyable and meaningful. It was one of the highlights of our stay!
The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was an impressive variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, local and international dishes, and everything was beautifully presented and well replenished. We particularly enjoyed starting our mornings with such a generous spread.
We also enjoyed the food at the Club Millésime and Toya Beachfront Restaurant. The food, ambience and service made our meals feel special, especially the relaxed beachfront setting at Toya.
Overall, Sofitel Nusa Dua was a wonderful choice for our short wellness getaway. The combination of excellent service, great food, wellness facilities and beautiful resort ambience made the stay memorable.

The room was really nice, and the variety of activities available made my stay even more enjoyable. I joined a boxing session with Saturio, and I really enjoyed it.
Also, Artha was incredibly helpful and took great care of me during my time at the gym. Thanks to him, my trip was even more memorable.

The pool access room is amazing. The room was clean beautifully laid out and in a quiet position. Our room attendant Arjun is super friendly always ready to help and even checked in on us before his shift ended to see if we were ok and if there was anything else we needed. The location of the hotel idms perfect. We look forward to coming again.
My husband and I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this gorgeous hotel. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff are incredible. Each and every staff member we encountered was polite and extremely helpful.
We checked in at the Club Lounge. What a wonderful way to start the trip with a relaxing check-in.
I am a platinum member and received an incredible upgrade. We were blown away and truly appreciated it.
The drinks in the club lounge were made with skill; they were delicious. Very good breakfast choices and afternoon tea need to be experienced.
We enjoyed breakfast at the larger restaurant one morning and were privileged to be served by Sri, an absolutely delightful worker who made our breakfast experience one to remember.
The staff in the club lounge were fantastic. We appreciated Anne, Biyu, Marini and Ayu. I wish we had taken down the name of the young man who drove us to the airport. What an asset to the hotel all these people are.

As a platinum member, I have found Sofitel Melbourne and Sofitel Nusa Dua to be the best at recognising loyalty; both upgrades at these properties have been excellent.
