Samabe Bali Suites and Villas

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at Samabe as a family in July 2026, and I would highly recommend it. This was our first international holiday together as a family, so we decided to choose somewhere really special, and Samabe turned out to be a great choice. From the time we arrived until the time we left, the whole experience was excellent. We stayed in a two-bedroom Ocean View Pool Villa, which was extremely comfortable, with a lovely private pool and beautiful views. The resort itself has a very relaxed, peaceful feel, with lots of grass, lovely birds and the occasional cheeky monkey wandering around. The standout for us was the service. It was extremely personal without ever feeling intrusive. The e-butler service, using a WhatsApp group to communicate with the resort 24 hours a day, worked brilliantly and made everything very easy. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful and attentive. Our children, aged between 11 and 14, ended up enjoying the resort far more than they had expected. They loved the food, the personal attention from the staff and the buggy rides getting around the resort (evenb when they were totally unnecessary!). My wife and I were able to properly relax and felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire stay. The food was excellent, and we had no hesitation at all with the quality or safety of the food and drinks. The buffet nights were a particular standout. We also really enjoyed the afternoon teas and evening cocktails. The pools and resort facilities were excellent. The beach is very attractive to look at, although for us the pools in the resort was where we preferred to spend most of our time. Getting down to the beach on the open elevator was an experience in itself good fun. We also had a couple of spa treatments each, which were extremely relaxing and very well done. The location suited us perfectly. It is very peaceful and feels nicely removed from the busier areas, but it is still only around 15 minutes from major shopping areas, with things like paragliding also nearby (which was awesome – comfortable and safe). Samabe is certainly at the higher end of the price range for a family holiday, particularly with a two-bedroom pool villa, but for us it was well worth it. The combination of the villa, views, food, facilities and especially the level of service made it a genuinely memorable family holiday. We would have no hesitation staying at Samabe again. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Samabe was truly exceptional. The setting of the villa is simply breathtaking, surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds, lush tropical gardens and spectacular views of the ocean. From the moment we arrived, there was an incredible sense of peace and serenity.

The villa itself provided the perfect combination of luxury, privacy and space. It felt completely secluded and tranquil, yet we had everything we needed right on our doorstep. Waking up surrounded by the beautiful gardens and hearing the ocean was a highlight of our stay.

The direct access to the beach was fantastic. The beach is beautiful and peaceful, and having the opportunity to enjoy the range of water sports made the experience even more special. There was plenty to do for everyone , while still having the option to simply relax by the villa and enjoy the incredible surroundings.

What really stood out was the feeling of being completely away from it all. The grounds, the villa, the beach and the ocean come together to create an incredibly serene and luxurious experience.
