Fantastic stay, our second and even better this time. Food was amazing in every restaurant, friendly staff and very clean. We will definitely be back! Special mention to the beautiful Trisna from Maguro restaurant who was wonderful!
Great service from check in to check out. Well looked after by hotel staff. The atmosphere had a nice chilled vibe. Very spacious and clean rooms. Love the spa and sport facilities. Plus the convenience of an onsite hair salon. Worthwhile to come back again!
Unfortunately our initial experience, despite being upgraded to a suite room, was disappointing. The room was tired, air-conditioning was not working properly, bath had a fault, the boiler was broken so no hot water etc etc. The next day after expressing my concerns about the standard of the room, we were given a lagoon room which was nice. I’m trusting upgrades will continue at the Hotel, as many things are tired. Being entitled to Accor lounge privileges is very limited with this hotel currently, disappointingly so compared with other hotels. They joined the Accor brand last year, trusting they are continuing to seek improvement. It’s not. 5 star hotel yet, but it could be. Full credit to Arta our bellboy who checked us in and also our room cleaner a young lad who was amazing.

Great hotel in a great location with many restaurants and pool lounging areas, the food is great. We are here for 5 days and cannot fault the hotel Only suggestion to the Hotel Manager is to please fix the pool lounge chair situation, it is ridiculous to see how many people reserve loungers but hardly use them or use them for a hour a day, 80% of the loungers are empty and there is constantly people walking around looking for a pool lounger but they are all reserved with a towel and a hat laying there Make a rule if the lounger is empty for an hour then you forfeit the right to it and. Your personal property can be collected from the towel station
