All service from staff was excellent and room was very clean
We are currently staying at Novotel Bali Benoa as a large group of 14 people, and unfortunately, we are very disappointed with our experience so far.
The building where our rooms are located is quite old and does not feel like the standard we expected from a Novotel resort. The rooms are not as clean as they should be, and we have had many mosquitoes inside the rooms, which is very unpleasant.
There is also very little storage space for clothes, making it difficult to organize our belongings, especially when travelling as a family.
The sofa bed intended for sleeping is extremely uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for a good night’s sleep.
Another major disadvantage is the location of the rooms. Our rooms are quite far from the beach and the main pool, and we have to cross a public road to reach these areas. This is particularly inconvenient when travelling as a large group with children.
We are also very disappointed with the beach. Based on the photos and description, we expected a beautiful beach, but in reality, it is not what we expected at all and does not feel like a proper beach. This has been one of the biggest disappointments of our stay.
The food is also disappointing and unfortunately does not taste good to us.
As a group of 14 people, we expected to feel comfortable, relaxed and enjoy spending time together at the resort. Instead, we unfortunately do not feel comfortable here.
The staff are friendly and polite, which we appreciate, but good service cannot make up for the condition of the rooms, cleanliness, mosquitoes, uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, lack of storage space, inconvenient location, disappointing beach and food.
We are still staying at the hotel, so we hope that some of these issues can still be addressed during our stay. However, based on our experience so far, we would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to families looking for a beautiful beach resort.

September 1st to 5th villa 808& room 338 stay. Our stay was perfect from check in till check out thanks to all staff there. Special thanks to Ms Maya for her polite attitudes,attention and follow-up. Our thanks also to all receptionists in front desk. Our stay encloded half board; breakfast buffet and dinner mostly Indonesian dishes varieties for breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately for the dinner you have to choose 2 dishes only except for the dinner buffet days. Our thanks also to all housekeepers always on time villa and room very clean with full amenities. Thanks to all bell captain service, securities and to all staff there for their attention and polite attitudes and follow up.
I went for the facial and massage duo and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. My masseuse Eka was really wonderful; I had mentioned a pain in my lower back and tailbone that had been bothering me for a while and I left feeling so much lighter and painless. The facial was also absolutely lovely and my skin felt so fresh and soft afterwards!
