Best staff

The staff at Novotel’s Bali benoa were amazing they really went above and beyond what we could have expected from our stay especially at coco’s restaurant Widi and Yeni made us feel so comfortable with our 1 year old even though she was cranky and full on some days!

Thanks so much to all the staff we will miss you all from Australia ❤️

Amazing massage and head spa

We managed to grab a day pass for Novotel while waiting for our flights home and were wonderfully cared for by Puspa and Narni. Everyone in the spa team (and hotel) was warm and friendly. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time with them.

A lovely week at a superb resort

Wonderful experience at the beautiful spa. Had a heavenly massage with Suci. She was amazing. Highly recommend her. Rooms were very large & super clean & still have a Balinese style. They’re divine. Food fantastic. Cocktails delicious. 10/10 all round.
