This place is heaven! The all-inclusive package is absolutely worth it and it’s not your standard all inclusive – it’s all fine, dining restaurants, beautiful cocktails, and lovely wine. Rooms are world class with every detail considered.The pool area is something out of a Hollywood film with the most amazing staff. The crew in the sports/towel shed are fabulous and so knowledgeable! A huge shout out to Deny, Graney and Ova who greeted you like an old friend and was always happy to help. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!
Best kidsclub in Bali with very helpful staff especially kidsclub Angel & Dita was always know how to keep the children entertain.. Thankyou Kidsclub and all kidsclub ladies everyone is amazing here🥰😘😍
Amazing service and amazing staff, especially Riki at the Deck Bar and his staff, we always felt welcome and the service was exceptional in comparison to other hotels we have previously visited. We will be returning for another trip and we look forward to their hospitality! A special mention to Anga he was always available to assist us.
We stayed for 13 nights in the Reserve - Duplex, it was perfect. From arrival to checkout we received exceptional service, front desk were extremely welcoming and throughout our stay ensured all our restaurant choices were booked via the WhatsApp app. The food is definitely Michelin Star worthy. We would like to give a special mention to the Sante Team. Extra special thank you to Oka who was very helpful and polite at the pool, always smiling and friendly. We are definitely looking to return next year and highly recommend, it exceeds 5*
