Great place with lovely atmosphere
Excellent place in Bali, spotless and our room cleaned everyday Bayu wiguna and Darma were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful or kind when cleaning our rooms. Bali collection only a 5 minute walk away, we didn’t have AI as it’s so cheap to eat out. Bundles of places and cheap taxis pretty much everywhere using the grab app. Great place and will be coming back

My experience was made amazing by all the workers all doing little things that helped me enjoy my stay.
Very amazing service and hospitality the workers played with the kids in the kids club helped them learn fun games like ping pong and pool as well as bowling they were very helpful and extremely kind to everyone, workers named Wira and Panji were so kind in helping me learn new games.
Paradisus Bali - Cultural and Diverse experience
Stayed at the Paradisus between 21st - 29th August. Resort was recently upgraded to a Paradisus and not a normal Meliá hotel. Definitely a welcomed upgrade and it suits the location. Hotel staff were amazing and super welcoming as you would expect from the Balinese culture. The food was fantastic and in fact probably better than the Mexico Paradisus hotels! The pools and pool staff were always attentive and came when you got their attention or just when your cocktail ran out 😁 A special shout out to the Family Concierge team in Bali, Tia, Mita, Juna, Sunarini, Febri, Anne, Dinda, and Dodit who made our stay even more memorable. Attention to detail, the smile, everything helpful attitude and welcome every day was brilliant.

Room service
We had a wonderful experience with the housekeeping team at Paradisus by Meliá Bali. A special thank you to Raby and Dewa, who did an absolutely amazing job making up our room. Everything was cleaned and presented perfectly, with such great attention to detail. It was always a pleasure returning to such a beautifully prepared room. Their friendly service and hard work truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Raby and Dewa, for taking such wonderful care of us!

Amazing Family Holiday – We are coming back!
We had an amazing family holiday at Paradisus by Meliá Bali and genuinely loved our time here. The resort itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds, fantastic pools, great facilities and plenty of choice when it comes to food and drinks. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with a very warm and welcoming interior. There was always something for the children to enjoy throughout the resort which included kids clubs for both age groups, water parks, under water scooters, bicycles, a games room with a bowling alley and more. While the kids had fun, we still had a relaxing time as parents.
What really stood out, though, were the people. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming and always seemed genuinely happy to help. The service made a huge difference to our overall experience.
A special thank you to our wonderful Family Concierge Team – Tia, Anne, Juna, Mita, Sunarini, Febri, Dinda and Dodit. They were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they were always there when we needed anything. They were warm, thoughtful and incredibly attentive, and really made us and the children feel special. It’s that personal level of service that turns a good hotel stay into a memorable holiday.
Rami and Alit along with the rest of the pool team, looked after us brilliantly. We spent a lot of time around the pool and they were always friendly, attentive and helpful. They quickly got to know us and helped make our days by the pool even more enjoyable.
We left Bali with some wonderful family memories of the hotel and Bali itself as experienced via the excursions organised by the hotel, we can’t thank everyone enough for looking after us so well.
Perhaps the best recommendation we can give is that we’ve already booked to come back in a couple of months! The family all agree, this was by far one of the best holidays we've had.
Thank you to the whole Paradisus Bali team – we can’t wait to see you all again.
