All the works from the hotel are super nice and very helpful. The hotel is excellent to stay with your family to rest and enjoy. I would like to highlight the girls that work in the kids club ( Ina, Luna and Lia), they were super nice and kind with my baby girl. I took a service of a nanny called Swan and she was amazing with babies what make our trip even better.
The stay was amazing and happy to stay here. I am solo traveller but the receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. Thanks also for providing chinese speaker so I am not lost at bali 🤣. Shelly thank you for taking care of me.
This hotel is positioned in a great area. It is on the beach, close to other hotels/resorts and steps away from the main road where you can find an abundance of spas, some restaurants, a convenience store and small traders selling Balinese souvenirs etc. My second floor room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the gardens. The restaurant has live entertainment some nights. Special mention to Ari and Desak two of the loveliest waitresses at the restaurant, always smiling and friendly. And there is a shuttle bus to take you to and from Bali Collection, an outdoor shopping mall including spas, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn Resort
Amazing place, staff incredibly friendly, very kid friendly menu, kids club is great. Pal was a great instructor for the boxing session! Heaps of activities to do, family friendly relaxed vibe. Highly recommend.
Family firendly resort, I came with my daughters to have fun and thanks to shelly helping me alot. She also very informative and humble, thank for taking care us due she can talk chinese also. The breakfast was good and the service for all was perfect. Thanks for taking care us.
