Simply amazing. Everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean, with a nice bed and a nice selection of pillows. The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you might need. The restaurant offers a great variety of fresh and really good food. The staff is so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
A wonderful Kids Club with lovely staff and great activities! A special thank you to Diah for being so kind and caring with Arina. We hadn’t planned to use the Kids Club much, but Arina loved it so much that she wanted to go back every day! ❤️
We stayed in the family interconnecting rooms at the IHG and they were brilliant. Clean, tidy and very modern. The aircon kept the room perfect all day and we didn't have the usual bali damp smell which was awesome. The staff throughout the whole hotel were amazing, couldn't do enough for you and were so friendly. We have stayed at multiple locations around Nusa Dua and have experienced quite a few kids club’s, nothing has compared to the kids club here, we struggled to get the kids out of it, thanks again to Luna who made the experience for the kids so special!! We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm service really added to our stay.
We stayed in interconnecting rooms, which worked perfectly for our family. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The gym was also great, and we really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with plenty of choice for everyone.
A special mention absolutely has to go to the Kids Club, which was fantastic. Our 7 and 10 year olds have never been particularly interested in going to kids clubs at other hotels, but they couldn't get enough of this one! They were constantly asking when they could go back, which gave us some wonderful opportunities to relax and enjoy the resort too.
Ina, Dewi, Lia and Lana were all amazing with the girls. They were so friendly, caring and engaging, and it was lovely to see how comfortable and happy our children were with them. They really went above and beyond to make the kids' experience special.
Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and couldn't fault the service. The combination of lovely facilities, private beach access, friendly staff and an exceptional Kids Club made Holiday Inn Benoa Bali a fantastic choice for our family. We would definitely stay here again!
