Had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton. The overall service was top-notch, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality from Shintya, Aurel, and Wahyuni. They were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, always greeting guests with a genuine smile. Clean rooms, great amenities, and superb service from these three made all the difference. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!

The Bali Hilton in Nusa Dua is fantastic we stayed for 7 nights. Staff are very helpful, food variety was great. The room had a great view of the ocean with a lovely king size bad. We would definitely stay here again.
