Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Overall I had a nice stay with me and my 3 year old. Your kids will love the slide and pools. I loved how they have a warm jacuzzi near the ocean. Ocean was ok kind of like an Australian ocean aesthetic wise. Food was good. Hilton honours discount was nice to receive on all food. Drinks are nice. If you’re travelling to Bali it’s a nice start to your trip for a few nights if you want a chill hotel. Kids club was fun for my 3 year old and the breakfast buffet was great. The soups in the buffet are very nice.
Cons: I paid extra for an ocean view room via Agoda.com and was placed on left hand perimeter of the hotel (border of hotel, not in the cliff tower) which is currently next to extreme construction so whenever I was in the room during the day I heard jack hammers the whole time. The view was nice but I think if I had opted for the standard garden view which was cheaper I would have avoided the noise as that was away from the construction on the right side of the hotel.
This is my 4th or 5th stay at Hilton Bali During the last 2 years Every time I come I feel inspired So many options Great atmosphere friendly staff supportive just ask and they will deliver All in All Clean Comfortable And Great location
We had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton, and a huge part of that was because of Salim and Asoka.
They were both incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. We had an issue during our stay, and they went above and beyond to help us immediately. They handled everything so professionally and made us feel genuinely cared for.
Their kindness and willingness to help made such a difference and turned what could have been a stressful situation into an incredible stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights to round off a 2-week trip to Bali, the perfect way to end the trip with a bit of luxury! We particularly enjoyed the access to the Nusa Dua Lounge - Risma, Karisma, Rani, Ambara and Jyoti were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Worth the upgrade for the Lounge experience alone! Thank you all.
Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort was absolutely exceptional and made our time in Bali even more special. The location is incredible, with beautiful surroundings including a great beach, a stunning atmosphere and everything you could want for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented and impeccably clean, and the food across the resort’s restaurants was outstanding.
A very special shoutout to Julian, who looked after our room service. His service was genuinely exceptional. He was so warm, attentive and thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to make our stay special.
We also have to mention the incredible Nusa Dua Lounge team Risma, Ambara, Karisma and Anggi. Their kindness, attentiveness and genuine hospitality made every visit feel personal and welcoming. They created such a wonderful atmosphere and truly went the extra mile throughout our stay.
From the beautiful location and immaculate rooms to the amazing food and, most importantly, the wonderful people, Hilton Bali Resort gave us an unforgettable experience. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team and would absolutely love to return. A truly outstanding hotel and a very special place
