The hotel is located on the Nusa Dua Beach and is conveniently situated a 20-minute drive from Bali International Airport. Uluwatu Temple is about a 45-minute drive. The white sandy beach and the clear waters of Nusa Dua make it a perfect spot for spending a holiday. This beach hotel offers the comfort of a first-class hotel with the relaxing tranquillity of a secluded beach resort. Guests may take advantage of spa treatments, gym facilities and an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel offers a wide range of international cuisine including Balinese dishes that will delight every guest. The elegantly appointed rooms feature all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 5 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
A reasonable hotel but would not return, it did not impress me at all, and it wasn’t particularly cheap.
I do appreciate the hotel is very full at the moment, but here is my summary of the family experience:
Supposed to be 5-star but it is nowhere near the quality of some other 5-star hotels in the area.
Kids club is a small room with a pool table, air hockey table and 2 video consoles, and no supervision.
Pool loungers all fully reserved by 0830 and then very hard to find any shade anywhere.
Restaurants all fully booked unless you book at least one day in advance, which means literally nowhere to eat in the hotel other than a cafe/bar.
Pool food and drink service is very slow. Some days lunch orders took an hour to arrive, drinks about 20-30 mins.
The two good things: the club facility is nice and relaxing but obviously requires having booked a club room, which we did, and I am glad for it. Most nights the snacks being served there were almost enough to become your evening meal and it was a nice way to have an evening cocktail.
Second great thing, the staff, pretty much without exception they were all very happy and polite, but it did sometimes seem like there weren’t enough of them to cope with a full hotel.
Overall it was okay but I would not return.
Overall a 5 star, nice staff as usual in Bali, very nice resort, a couple of things, overpriced for the kind of rooms( in general the resort has not great rooms) but lots of very good restaurants ( I think 5 in total), kids club all the day, a and thing was that even if there is a strictly rule about the reservation of sunbeds ( no one can reserve before 9.30) lots of people still do it for the whole family and no one does anything even when it has been reported( this because all the staff is so kind that they try to don’t upset anyone) but a rule is a rule! Nice beach ( obviously look out at tides), very international place I would say skip Nusa Dua as it’s not a real Balinese vibe/atmosphere
I had my 9 year-old daughter with me and we especially enjoyed the Club. Club was included in our room and we loved the calmness of it, the food and drinks, and even more the friendliness of the staff.
What an amazing resort, absolutely awesome. Everything is great, the staff are so nice and very helpful. Juna in pool service made our trip, he was just amazing, the best service we have ever had. Highly recommend this resort.
A great hotel. We booked at very short notice so only the club room was available. It ended up being a very good decision to book nevertheless. The dinners provided every night were excellent-with a different theme every time, there was plenty of food and a lot of variety. Breakfasts are great, with a huge selection of food and a lot of venues to try. The hotel itself is great, with the pools being the highlight. The aquarobics sessions every morning are a lot of fun and highly recommended. The staff are friendly and attentive. The gym is well-equipped and large. A couple of down-sides-the rooms seem to have very little storage space. The toilet only has a very flimsy, thin door-no privacy. Ordering food pool-side is not recommended as it is slow to come and portions are tiny. We will definitely return!
