Wonderful hotel for families, but also quiet areas for older adults travelling as a couple. Choices of restaurants & bars were also great.
This hotel was magnificent! Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to singles or families. Fantastic customer service and the restaurants were amazing.
We did the all inclusive package which I was somewhat apprehensive about - if the food was average would we really get our value? It was excellent, far exceeded our expectations. Huge rooms, beautiful location & amenities and the only thing better than the food & drinks was the customer service. 10/10
The All Inclusive Luxury Escape package was fabulous. It was a One Stop Shop n we didn’t feel the need to even leave the resort. The food n the staff, pools, grounds etc was amazing n really enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to friends n I really look forward to returning soon.
