We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Bali. The resort is beautiful, elegant and perfect for families, but what truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff.
A heartfelt thank you to Nanta and Chirs, who were always incredibly kind, attentive and professional with me and my family. Their genuine warmth made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

From the moment we arrived, Rani was incredibly kind, warm, attentive, and professional. Paradise
We have been visiting this beautiful hotel for 19 years. The team is fabulous, the restaurants are delicious, and the breakfast is incredible. The suites offer a lovely sea view, and the hotel exudes a sense of well-being. Although there is no longer a lounge for Diamond and Diamond Reserve members, you can sense a genuine desire to please the guests.

Our stay at Conrad Bali was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, with outstanding facilities, spacious rooms, and impeccably maintained grounds that create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The food was excellent throughout our stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options and consistently high quality. What made our experience truly memorable, however, was the kindness and attentiveness of the hotel team. Every employee we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help.
