Love this place
Absolutely love this place. Awesome setting, pool etc. breakfast is great value and lots of variety and the staff are so accommodating. Definitely on our list of places to stay each time we come to Bali
Great location, food, pool and staff
Very nice resort and extremely friendly staff. Food around the pool and breakfast was great. A flag to get their attention around the pool for food/drinks would help. Also no reserving of lounges around the pool should be better enforced, however when we needed one the staff cleared some lounges.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. the location was perfect and efficient. i would highly recommend this place as i was very pleased with the customer service from the staff. The room was spacious which gave us comfort. I was highly impressed with the staff for making the birthday celebrations so memorable and doing their best to accommodate to all our needs. It was the perfect resort for families as it provided many great amenities such as gazebos and pool tables to cater to everyone’s entertainment.
Thank you for making our holiday in bali so memorable and we can’t wait to be back ☺️.

Woken at 540am by housekeeping
We only had one night here as we arrived to Bali late. I give two stars as they kindly let us change rooms after checking in. When we got to our room it was directly looking out to restaurant where we knew it would of been extremely noisy first thing in the morning (it was even noisy when we arrived and not many people in restaurant/pool area) They moved us to a quieter room with no balcony which we appreciated but unfortunately it was an interconnecting room and the people next door were extremely loud talking and kept us awake. At 540am the doorbell to our room rang repeatedly and woke us, my partner confused answered door and it was two staff members to clean the room. He said to them it’s 540am?! They said sorry and left. We are confused at why rooms would be even getting cleaned so early and unfortunately it really ruined our one night stay. We did let reception know when checking out they just said they would pass the feedback on and apologised. The breakfast was quite good and convenient location to shops and airport.
