The Stones Legian Bali A Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel

Good location walking distance to a lot of places. We had an amazing experience. What lovely staff truly sn asset to the hotel. All so polite and friendly from the cleaners, porters, restaurant staff to the reception desk. Big shout out to all the restaurant staff. I am well travelled and cam honestly say that I have never been to a hotel where the staff are so attentive. Always smiling and always come over to say hi and see if we need anything. I'm sorry I don't know all of their names but Sari, Dewi and the lady who csme and had s lovely chat with us and also recommended the chocolate ice-cream 😉thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We booked with a meal and drinks package via Luxury Escapes the only things to note is you have a set menu in which you can order from and this also applies to drinks. Though this was not a big issue for us I can see it may concern some. The hotel is very clean, big and always smells fresh with a lemon fragrance which I adored. The rooms were nice with everything that we needed and the cleaners sleaus to hand. The complimentary drinks were replenished daily and plenty of bottled water alsp stocked daily. The personalised messages and surprise sweet treat for my daughter from Yuli and Ryan was 👌 on the last day we had a 60 minute massage which was 10/10. I enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want it to come to an end. I would highly recommend The Stones to friends and family.

We stayed at The Stones for the first time after regularly staying at another premium resort, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, the location is perfect, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional.

She went above and beyond by checking in with us regularly, making sure everything was perfect, and genuinely caring that we had the best possible experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made us feel incredibly welcome and valued.

The entire team was fantastic, but Yuli’s outstanding hospitality is what made our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend The Stones to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Bali.
