ROOM - Premier room with Balcony facing ground pool. Breakfast not included.

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend as safe for a single female, generous size rooms, great staff and excellent location. All of these attributes were spot on.

The hotel has lifts for those who cannot use stairs. The balcony is long and skinny width wise. Just fits two chairs and a small table. Also has a clothes drier rack for bathers etc.

There is a pool on the ground floor and one on the top floor. I did not swim in either however I did visit the top pool later in the evening, as the small bar up there always seem to have someone appear to take my drink order. Relaxing way to finish off the day.

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. I did a yoga class and the Canang offering class and both were very enjoyable. A special mention to Sunya for suprising me with a different towel animal everyday and Miss Julie and Pashia for introducing me to Canang offerings and how to make them.

Excellent Location This hotel has an entrance out to Jl Legian and another onto Jl Sriwijaya. The Jl Legian entrance has a spot for sitting and watching the world go by while having a drink and meal if you want to partake. On Jl Sriwijaya both to the left and right are minimarts. To the left is a great Spa for massages (Marcelin Spa), a BMC money changer and a laundry.

PROs - Shower water was hot and strong.

CONS Rain shower head did not work, a service person attended quickly. Unfortunately the rain shower only worked for one shower after that. I did not bother reporting again and used the hand held shower head. The sink did not drain and the plug had to be completely pulled out to drain the water. Door folds back onto sink, so you need to shut the bathroom door to use it. Small inconveniences however others may find these quirks annoying.

Road noise may be annoying also to some. Ear plugs are supplied but i did not use.

Overall I found this hotel excellent value for the price point. Would I stay again at this hotel - yes, I would and I have already booked for our next upcoming trip.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The bed was so comfortable, which made for a really relaxing stay. The only thing that wasn't quite as expected was the bathroom. We found it difficult to get the overhead shower working, and the handheld shower was really the only one we could use. We didn't mention it to the staff during our stay and just worked with what we had. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here too!
