First time stayed at ossotell
Hotel was clean rooms attended to every day Staff lovely and shuttles to and from airport arrived on time They are currently renovating a building next door and jack hammers are all day until 5 pm Pool was cool get down early to get sun chairs Service by the pool No milk in the fridge for tea & coffee only powdered buy from mart across the road Nice breakfast menu (coffee hit and miss ) Bring your own conditioner and toothpaste Pool towels provided from office Books to read available in foyers Tv channels ok you can sign into your own Netflix But bottled water again at mart across the road and secure money changer lovely staff honest Free internet but can drop out at times Had a few hiccups broken tap , not enough tea & some renovation repairs when arrived ( noisy )
Great hotel, excellent location.
Very nice hotel centrally located in Legian. Pool access room, very clean and tidy. Bedroom, slightly small with a very comfortable king bed. The only complaint is the balcony is very small. The breakfast was very good. The staff were great, nothing was a trouble. Bram was a delight to talk to and his service was first class. Overall this hotel was excellent for a 4 star property.

Ossotell it to my heart
Nice hotel, staff were all great. The breakfast is provided by the attached restaurant and is good. Would recommend the avocado croissants with poached eggs. WiFi was reliable.
Whilst the room was pretty quiet the fireworks from the beach are pretty loud

Lovely hotel in Legian
The Ossotel is a marvellous hotel just off the busy Legian main road and two minutes walk to the beach. Although it is situated in a manic part of Bali, the hotel was exceptionally quiet, the room was gorgeous with a patio and day bed that sit right on the edge of the 88metre long pool. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly especially Mini. Great breakfast and meals in the attached restaurant. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
