Do not book this hotel
I needed to change the dates of my reservation due to circumstances at home and the hotel would not accommodate at all. I did not need a refund, I just needed to change the dates. I ended up forfeiting my booking and loosing my money. This is unacceptable and I warn people against booking at this hotel!!
Magnificent stay! Will definitely be back!
What a magnificent time we had at this amazing place.From the beginning we felt so much joy from all the staff! The location tremendous and just a hop skip and a jump and you on the beach.Atmosphere is one of happiness for the entire stay,the rooms are well kept and cleaned really good every day.A special mention to all at breakfast every morning and also Bobby the porter which well he was so happy to help in every way possible.Last but not least Mr Marutha the legend who keeps the place running like a fine oiled machine!He always has a smile no matter what time of day.,nothing is a problem for him no matter how big or small.
I’ve already booked my next stay at the hotel.

Bali Summer Holiday
Just amazing. Faultless with fantastic staff The food was fabulous, especially the breakfast buffet and the BBQ night food and entertainment was fantastic The staff were wonderful, so so polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us We used the family pool and never had a problem getting a bed. The area was not overcrowded at all Would fully recommend, we absolutely loved it

Family of 3 in 2 bungalows for a 3 week stay
Location good Atmosphere good but hard to get a lounge at the pool, and the seat cushions on some of the lounges could be replaced especially the ones over looking the beach and the road. Room/ bungalows were ok if you’re not near the road due to the loud bikes that come out at midnight every night and think it’s a race track for 2plus hours. Beds are very soft with good pillows Value I believe it was expensive having to pay $6.50 per coffee ea morning at breakfast plus the prices at the pool were very expensive Rooms were clean but towels could be renewed. The very bad smell comes from the bathroom was absolutely horrific spoke to the cleaner a couple of times about this. Common areas are clean and tidy but have a problem with ants on the tables in the dining room I wouldn’t recommend getting a nurse from the hotel as the price for meds and a drip was over 9million, we felt this to be well over the top but when a family member is sick you just need help but we felt this was an absolute joke. We as a family feel there is better value for money elsewhere Sorry Legian Beach Hotel for the bad review
