We would like to give a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Truntum Hotel for their kindness, care and hospitality during our stay.
Unfortunately, during the first week of our holiday, our young daughter became very sick. It was a very stressful and frightening situation for us as parents, especially being far away from home. The staff immediately showed incredible kindness and went above and beyond to help us.
A special thank you to Pak Cok, who was absolutely amazing. He was always there when we needed help, made sure everything was arranged, checked how our daughter was doing and gave us a feeling that we were not alone during a difficult time. His genuine care and kindness meant more to us than we can explain.
The entire team was incredibly understanding and helpful. Whether it was arranging transportation, helping us with practical things, checking in on us or simply asking how our daughter was doing – everyone showed such warmth and compassion.
Even though this was a difficult moment during our holiday, the wonderful people at Truntum turned it into an experience we will always remember with gratitude.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is great, and the staff are truly the heart of this place. Hospitality like this is something you don’t forget.
Thank you to everyone at Truntum, and especially Pak Cok, from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to come back again one day – hopefully under much happier circumstances!

Magical experience
Truntum was a beautiful resort, we felt wecolmed right from the very start. All the staff were extremely friendly. Yani is a beautiful soul whom was a delight, gave us a most humbling experience with releasing baby turtles back into the ocean. The rooms were clean and central to all facilities, pools were stunning, and the day spa was absolutely magical. Restaurant staff, greeted you with a smile every morning, were very attentive to your needs. Could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Hospitality
I am so happy staying here, all the staff are so friendly and happy greeting me and my family. I also want to make special mention to EDI he prepares our room PERFECTLY after the kids have made big mess.
