The hotel is located in the heart of Kuta. Bali International Airport is less than 20 minutes' drive away. This beach hotel comprises a total of 320 rooms, including New Wing Rooms. Guests are welcomed in a spacious lobby with a reception desk with free Wireless Internet access and parking. Further facilities on offer include a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, laundry service, and on call medical services. The rooms are tastefully designed in 2 options : traditional Balinese style and modern style. Each has a spacious bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone and satellite TV. Rooms are equipped with a double bed or twin bed, a coffee maker and a minibar. The hotel also completed with 3 swimming pools, massage service, and a beach club

A Comfortable, Family-Friendly Resort in a Great Location
Our stay at Tuntrum was enjoyable overall, and the resort was particularly accommodating in arranging two poolside rooms next to each other, which was perfect for our group.
The resort is in a great location, especially if you are looking for resort style accommodation. The pool area is a real highlight, with a swim up bar, poolside massages and foam parties held in the pool several times a week. These activities create a fun, lively atmosphere and make the resort especially appealing for families.
Our rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with good air conditioning. The resort itself felt very family friendly, with plenty to keep both adults and children entertained.
Breakfast, however, was somewhat disappointing. The setup felt unorganised, as guests needed to find their own vacant table and then locate a staff member to bring cutlery. This often required asking more than once. The variety of food was reasonable, but there were limited options suited to Australian tastes.
We also tried the in room dining, which was reasonably priced and satisfactory overall. However, the staff had some difficulty understanding our dietary requirements, so this is something to be mindful of when ordering
Overall, Tuntrum is a good option if you are looking for a family friendly resort with a convenient location, clean rooms and plenty of poolside activities. While the breakfast service and communication around dietary requests could be improved, the accommodating staff, resort facilities and lively atmosphere made it an enjoyable place to stay.

Holiday at its best
The Hotel with its location was a perfect choice - the rooms are clean and the food is Good
The staff is so Kind and friendly - especially Lina and Hendri at the kelapa pool are the best

Reception sucks
The hotel is fine but the reception sucks. My worst experience so far. One was incompetent while the other rude. Indonesian hospitality never been like that , how they even got their job in the first place ? I have never been so upset with Indonesian hotel services before. Better retrain your staff and have them replaced

We would like to give a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Truntum Hotel for their kindness, care and hospitality during our stay.
Unfortunately, during the first week of our holiday, our young daughter became very sick. It was a very stressful and frightening situation for us as parents, especially being far away from home. The staff immediately showed incredible kindness and went above and beyond to help us.
A special thank you to Pak Cok, who was absolutely amazing. He was always there when we needed help, made sure everything was arranged, checked how our daughter was doing and gave us a feeling that we were not alone during a difficult time. His genuine care and kindness meant more to us than we can explain.
The entire team was incredibly understanding and helpful. Whether it was arranging transportation, helping us with practical things, checking in on us or simply asking how our daughter was doing – everyone showed such warmth and compassion.
Even though this was a difficult moment during our holiday, the wonderful people at Truntum turned it into an experience we will always remember with gratitude.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is great, and the staff are truly the heart of this place. Hospitality like this is something you don’t forget.
Thank you to everyone at Truntum, and especially Pak Cok, from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to come back again one day – hopefully under much happier circumstances!
