Super nice service
I was extremely impressed with the hotel staff. After checking in, I injured my foot and found it difficult to move around, but the employees provided tremendous support. Since I couldn't go out, they bought me medical patches and continuously delivered ice packs to the restaurant for cooling during the first 48 hours after the injury. The hotel slippers were very thin—only disposable flip-flops and toe sandals—which I couldn't wear due to my injured foot. The staff went out of their way and personally purchased a pair of proper slippers for me at their own expense, delivering them right to my room. I was truly touched. The front desk staff helped carry my luggage, and all the employees were incredibly kind—assisting with bags and taxi arrangements. I'm so grateful to Diah, Vani, and Dio; they are genuinely wonderful and amazing people.

Exceptional service from Indra!
We had a wonderful stay, and a large part of that was thanks to Indra’s incredible housekeeping. Our room was always spotlessly clean, perfectly organized, and fully stocked with fresh amenities every single day. Indra’s attention to detail is truly impressive, everything from the pristine linens to the neatly arranged personal items did not go unnoticed.Beyond the flawless cleaning, Indra was incredibly polite, warm, and respectful of our privacy. It is rare to find someone who takes such obvious pride in their work. Thank you, Indra, for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming! We hope to see you again on our next visit.
