I came here solo over August for 19 nights because I wanted something central, but also where I could hide if Kuta got a bit much. It's my third stay at this hotel. remember you by name. I don't think the Kuta location could be much better - the area isn't for everyone - you know those party buses and lour moped, but I liked watching the mayhem from my level 3 balcony. And once I got settled in the hotel, I ended up exploring (no culture but malls and food and $4 glorious cinemas), but actually never set foot on the beach because the rooftop pool overlooking the Kuta chaos was an oasis. Ditto for Seven Bar next door. Some days I spent the day up there, having a big western and Asian buffet breakfast that easily kept me going till dinner. I don't think I ever had lunch. Afternoon half price cocktails, more reading, a swim, take in the sunset, chat to guests, choose the meal for dinner and chat to the staff, watch the nightly fireworks, and repeat. Now I want to being my partner back and flop and drop again. Excellent food, faultless staff (thank you Putu for your welcomes and advice each day, and EVERY Team Member for your friendliness, smiles and chat). I had the Heritage King Suite - best in the building. My room was bigger than my own apartment, and it felt palatial, and the BED I could have lied across the other way and still nothing hanging off. Ultra comfy, and just drifted away in it each afternoon. Best Aircon I've had in Asia ( I think at one stage I could see my breath). The balcony overlooking the ocean and chaos was panoramic. There were a couple of things over the stay, a dodgy TV but together it was sorted with no fuss. Great wifi, so I snuck in a few days remote work but as soon as you ask, help was genuine and prompt. A great touch is the downstairs waiting area, with free flowing juice, coffee machines and purified chilled water, and as I had my water bottle with me, it was a godsend. That and quite nice coffee that I would go get to wake up because I dozed too long by the pool. I paid about AUD 130 a night (with brekky that included an egg man who made great scrambled eggs) which is upper end for this area, but I wanted something nice and I got it. Remember the prices everywhere do not include 21% tax. I'm coming back. Heck, I work remotely, I might even go back for a month and work by the rooftop bar area and take in the breeze and the nice and fast wifi. Many thanks to all. Back in March 2027 with 5 friends because all we want to do is enjoy the space, eat out, and play board game on the roof. Come and join us, not for culture (do that on day trips) but for games and giggles)
We stayed here last year but didn't have breakfast. Room was ok but very Central to shops and beach. This holiday we didn't enjoy as much..Rooms are aging a lot.We got a very noisy room with noisy neighbors. They did apologize and moved us to a very large room on top floor .This had a bit of noice from street but very big room but still aging.Needs modernicing in our opinion.Sad to say breakfast was note to our liking..Nothing much was hot.For example bacon was pre cooked and was cold when came out and the put it under a heating light to warm up.Didnt work. Location great. Staff very pleasant and cleanliness was good Sorry
From the very moment we arrived until the final moments before our departure, the entire experience felt like magic brought to life.
The warm welcome from Bli Wayan and Bli Yansu at the entrance, Tante’s excitement upon seeing us again at the Souvenir Shop, and the heartfelt welcome back from Putu, and the young lady at Reception who could read Aksara Bali, and the rest of the team made us feel truly at home from the very beginning.
Honestly, service from the heart is not something that is simply performed at your property. It is lived, embodied, and exemplified by every member of the team. The genuine warmth, kindness, and sincerity shown throughout our stay are what make The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel such a special place for us to return to.
Matur Suksma sebesar-besarnya to everyone once again, and especially to Putu for all the arrangements and thoughtful touches throughout our stay.
We are already looking forward to returning very soon. Astungkara, our plans for November come to life!
Just an amazing place to stay and relax. Thank you once again Putu for organising everything for us ,the checkin and Room availability as we arrived was really appreciated. Dinner at Riva with the Acoustic Music is awesome with the Sunset and relaxing Atmosphere. Close to all the Restaurants and Shopping we need. To all the Team thank you especially those we met and chatted with. Linda, Nita, Wahyuni, Anita, Suardi, Suryadi, Gita and Indra. Ekwan for your Kindness.
Always a great Holiday and will return soon..
