After staying at two resorts prior to arriving here, it was a little disappointing. Staff on arrival were attentive and friendly with a lovely welcome drink provided.
The hotel needs a makeover desperately. It’s looking very tired. Our room could have been anywhere in the world as its lack of Balinese decor made it quite bland.
Food was lovely but as always in Bali, wine was ridiculously over priced.
Pool area was small and not a lot of sun cover available.
Beautiful Resort with beautiful staff every morning greeted with a smile and even walking through the resort no shortage of smiles and assistance and the lovely April in the restaurant such a credit to your team Will definitely return with my family on the next trip Highly recommend this resort
We had 2 rooms in Sheraton Kuta for our family holiday. We enjoyed so much our holiday there. The room were clean and tidy. The service was warm and good. We had our dinner pretty late one night at Daily Social after a trip to Uluwatu. We honestly were not expecting much, but the soup, the curry, the pork chop, the triple chocolates deserts were so well prepared and delicious, that surprised us all. Moreover, it is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Highly recommended.
Hello Sheraton team. We had a great time during our stay in Bali and appreciate all your assistance during our stay. W would like to thank Julie from Bene restaurant with her assistance during my hu7sband's birthday celebrations and her customer services was fantastic. She made us comfortable and helped us with menu selection and made out time worth remembering through out out life. We would like to shout out to Ellie from the general service as she has also being so helpful and pleasant through out our stay. All other staff at the concierge were were welcoming and pleasant and assisted us with all our requirements and requests. We have already recommended this location to some friends. Thanks again Sheraton team.
Fantastic location, beautiful Hotel , ocean front room. Had a most memorable stay at Sheraton Kuta. Amazing service from all the staff members. Service was always with a smile. They went out of way to satisfy us. Special Thanks to Vega , the Duty Manager and Aby, House Keeping Manager for making our 7 days stay in Sheraton feel like home.
