It would be better if the water used for washing up in the hotel room were cleaner.
We had a lovely stay at Sheraton Bali. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, luxurious feel. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the hotel kindly upgraded our room, which was a lovely touch. The room service was also very good. The location is very central and convenient, with a direct walking path to Beachwalk Mall, which has plenty of dining options and a great ocean view. However, the surrounding area was quite busy and there was a lot of construction and roadwork happening nearby, which made the outside surroundings feel a little dusty and unpleasant. At night, the sound of motorcycles could also be quite disturbing, especially over the weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly the room, service, and convenient location.

I was to lucky to pick this Sheraton hotel in Kuta. My entire 10 day stay was truly heavenly. My 1st room have a great ocean view and was so comfortable, including a really nice soaking tub. The breakfast was included in my deal, traditional and international breakfast foods, along with the Indonesian options. Loved the wide variety of fresh fruits and bakery choices. And who doesn’t love a scoop of homemade ice cream in the morning.
All of the staff were terrific and so helpful. Offering suggestions for things to do that only locals would know about.
I was lucky enough to get upgraded mid stay, and I had even more room to relax and enjoy an even better view of the ocean. And a view of the nightly fireworks on display at the beach. There are lots of shops and eatery’s in the neighborhood and a new. shopping area next door that connects with the hotel.
I loved the location, as I needed to have a place close to the dental clinic I had appointments scheduled with.
I will go back again.💕
