Location good. Clean rooms. Views great. Would I stay here again no. Most of the staff don't want to be there especially the women in the Kuta Social Club on the roof top. One waiter by the name of Febri was great and made us feel welcome even when we were using Luxury Escapes vouchers. Not so for the rest of the hotel. We were made to feel like second class citizens. No eye contact when we wanted another cocktail in the free flow cocktail hour. If you are not prepared to spend 1,000,000k you are not allowed to sit on the front lounges and it was very embarrassing when asked to move. If you have vouchers you get smaller food and drink menus. Not ideal. Breakfast was limited and often arrived cold. Our cleaner was great and one little girl serving breakfast was very pleasant. I mention a hazard around the pool. The steps are very hard to see and there is an accident ready to happen. Mentioned this to a staff member and a woman manager and was only given lip service, "Thank you for the feedback." Nothing done about it in two weeks and it was only a matter of placing some coloured strips on the edge of the steps. No of our group of six will book again.

Stayed in Room 517 for 1 week.
Only issue is very very restricted menu for included meals, especially for longer stays. Also the cloth of the chairs & cushions is quite stained in the common areas. And the bed mattress is a bit dated needs replacement.
Great location, close to shops, we stayed in the Swagger Suite which had the most amazing view of the beach. The Kuta Social Club restaurant above Mamaka is amazing at Sunset. Beautiful food and amazing cocktails. Rooms are lovely, very comfortable bed and pillows, we loved the blockout blinds as well. The bath was lovely with matches to light a little candle. The app was great and easy to request things. Staff are amazing and friendly, Cynthia at reception is amazing, helpful & informative. Jaya did a great job keeping our room very clean and making beautiful creations with the towels on our bed. Dewi always greeted us at breakfast with a smile and helped me improve my Indonesian, super friendly! Definitely a great spot to stay.
One of the best places on the coast of Bali, there is literally nothing to complain about, I would like to mention the employee Aditya separately, thanks to him, every return to the room brought joy and pride that such kind people remained in this world
