Great hotel spoilt by noise and poor food.
Great location next to the beach. The hotel and room was very well laid out and clean. The pool was great as was breakfast. Lovely atmosphere. There were lots of events happening so lots of loud music playing upto 10.00pm and beyond. No chance of an early night's sleep as the music bass thumped in our room. The food and service at the restaurant was of a poor standard. Food was not delivered together with lengthy delays for each meal. We ate out most nights due to this. Food was expensive and poor in standard.

Great Hotel in Ideal location
My husband, son and I stayed here for 3 days and absolutely loved it! The service was great and Naomi at the reception area was awesome! We received a welcome drink on arrival and check in was a breeze. The room was spacious and met our needs. The toilet was not flushing and it took a while to get someone to fix it even after we informed them but it was eventually fixed with no issues. The pool area is beautiful, service is a little slow but overall we had a great time. Breakfast offered a variety of options and was plentiful. Food was a little on the cold side but edible overall. The hotel is in close proximity to many restaurants, bars and shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again while in Bali!! Thank you Discovery Kartika for a great time!

So good we returned for a second visit.
This is a lovely hotel. It is older but still well maintained and a 5 star experience. The facilities are great, with a massive lagoon style pool with swim up bar, plenty of sunloungers being a highlight. The buffet breakfast is amazing for choice and quality. Rooms are old style but large and clean. Excellent value compared to a lot of other hotels we have stayed in in Bali.
