This hotel is located within walking distance of the largest shopping centre and the nightlife of Kuta and Tuban. It is just a 5-minute drive from Bali's International Airport. The property features a spacious terrace facing the sea and/or the garden. The property has a swimming pool and children's pool. Sun loungers are laid out for use by the water's edge. A breakfast buffet is served while lunch can be selected from menu options and dinner is available to be taken à la carte. The property offers venues to host meetings, conferences and other private events. Each room is nicely decorated with a combination of light and warm colours that create a cosy atmosphere and make travellers feel welcomed.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed a total of 7 nights in a family room and for 4 were upgraded to an interconnecting . The family rooms are huge , quiet and great value for money. This resort has a great ambience to it with the gardens and beach front setting. We have stayed in much more expensive resorts but find Bali Garden better and keep returning. Staff are excellent and even accommodated a date change for us at no extra cost or hassle. Very professional. Pools are deep which we like but just worth considering if you have young kids . 3 things that can further improve the resort are

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. This is the second time we have stayed with you and we have already booked for next year. Your staff are a credit to you and Candy and Cindy really are wonderful people, so professional, friendly and helpful to everyone. The hotel itself is immaculate, the rooms, gardens and pools are kept spotless they really are a credit to your company policies. I have stayed in hotels all around the world and this hotel takes some beating for its quality and staff. The restaurant is spotless ,we only had breakfast but the variety of food on offer is amazing and the waitresses are fabulous and so attentive. This hotel is wonderful, arrived late at night after basically travelling for nearly 28hrs door to door. Slightly disappointed that no where was open to get a drink at that time, so had to go out to a shop. Room was wonderful and had a resident red squirrel that woke us up every morning shouting at the patio doors. Was very friendly and came and sat with us every morning while having a cuppa on the balcony. Breakfast had lots of choice and you could request various eggs or pancakes made to order. Three pools to choose from, our preferred pool was the infinity pool overlooking the beach, but to get a bed you had to be up at the crack of dawn because the same family reserved all the beds nearly every day by around 5am. And then didn't come down to use them until lunchtime. I dislike when hotels allow this and I wish towels were removed by staff. We usually sat by the adults only pool which was lovely and peaceful. The grounds and gardens were beautiful.
I spent one day in the spa and paid for literally top to toe treatments, the ladies doing my massage, body scrub and facial were all so lovely and friendly, although don't expect the privacy and the covering of the body you get in the uk, it was strip off and the door left open, which was an experience🤣 but the 2 staff members that did my pedicure and manicure were i thought very unprofessional and quite rude, constantly talking to one another in their language and laughing without acknowledging me at all, which made me very uncomfortable and put a dampener on the whole experience after having such lovely staff before. Overall the hotel was fantastic and I would recommend highly. The positives totally outweighed the few negatives.
We had a fantastic stay in the July school holidays. The family room was spacious and clean. Restaurants & pool side food, drinks and service was excellent. Gardens are amazing! Day spa was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Thankyou Bali Garden Beach Resort.
