We had a lovely 4 course fish cooking course at this hotel which aided my knowledge on how to cook traditional Bali meals. The staff and chefs explained well on what different spices were used for as well as showing us how to cook starters mains and desert. I would definitely recommend!!!

A great experience. We learnt about all the ingredients, cooked with them and then enjoyed the food. We chose seafood and it was lovely and fresh.
