Flawless Experience in Canggu
Everything about our stay at this resort was excellent. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which had great quality and options. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the staff service. It was incredibly good, efficient, warm, and highly professional, yet delivered so smoothly that their hard work almost goes unnoticed because they make hospitality look effortless. Highly recommended!
Wonderful service and an easy, comfortable Canggu stay
This was my second stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu, and I came back because my first experience was so positive. From check-in to check-out, the service was warm, thoughtful, and consistent.
A special thank you to Dila, the loyalty manager, and the reception team, including Bagus, for making the stay so easy and comfortable. They were very accessible over WhatsApp, checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed, and were always quick to help with small requests like extra water.
The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and easy to find. The rooms were spotless, the building still feels very new, and breakfast was delicious. The location is also great — just a short walk, about two blocks, to the beach, which made it really convenient.
I’m a loyal IHG guest and Platinum Elite member, and I really felt that my membership was valued here. I’ve also stayed at other IHG properties in Bali, including Hotel Indigo in Seminyak, but this property stood out for the level of care from the team.
Thank you again to Dila, Bagus, and everyone at the hotel. I would happily stay here again on a future trip to Canggu.

Wonderfull stay, good service
An excellent hotel for a holiday
Things we love: Great location, near to Canggu beach. Mr. Darma the housekeeper attends our requests and maintain the room cleanliness properly and accordingly. Hospitality of all staffs are excellent. The room and bed is cozy with good acoustic performance. Design wise, the hotel is amazing.
Things we do not really like: Very less hook and toilet accessories in the wet areas. Its difficult for a family with 3 members to hang the towels and clothes as well as to put our own body and facial soaps when using the bathrooms (even though the hotel provides liquid body soap, conditioner and shampoo, we still need to use our own prescribed body and facial soaps). The wardrobe doors are always hitting the frame loudly when they closed. Its so annoying. Too less desk to put and keep our stuffs.
Overall, the hotel is amazing.
Great facilities and location with professional staffs
Now I'm staying here. Great facility and location in Canggu. All the staff members including Bagus, Arta and Ana are incredibly kind and attentive. They are great at their jobs and provide excellent service.
