We stayed at the Catalonia in Tulum. The staff were absolutely amazing and ensured we were well entertained, well cared for and were such lovely, fun people to deal with. The accommodations were excellent as was the food at the several restaurants we visited. Particularly at Mama Mia, the wait staff was above and beyond. We were travelling in as a family of women in support of my niece and they took such wonderful care of her. We are grateful. The activities staff Cuellar, Leo, Pau, Evie, Diego, Samuel were fabulous.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We stayed for seven days, six nights and I leave with a heavy heart; leaving such an extraordinary resort and wonderful experience. The views are beautiful, the food was delicious and the pool and beach were refreshing. The staff were so lovely they made you feel like family. Special shoutout to Angeles who made me feel so cared for. I would 100% recommend this resort to everyone because you will experience true luxury and care during your stay. Absolutely marrvelous experience.
My stay was amazing! I went with my girlfriend to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, and they made it special. The room was clean when we arrived, and the staff came throughout our stay to clean it as well. The food was delicious, and the service staff were amazing! One stood out in particular, our waitress at the buffet, Angeles went above and beyond! I am a vegetarian, and she always made sure that I knew what my options were. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location is right on the beach, and the atmosphere is beautiful. Our 7 day, 6 night stay plus a couple of extras, was very reasonable for two people. The only issue was how much the photos were. There are some professional photographers who will take your pictures while you’re enjoying your vacation. We went to the photo gallery office in the hotel lobby, thinking we would pay max $200 USD. Wrong. To purchase all of our photos, it would’ve been $450 USD. $450 USD?! It was $20 USD per photo. The photos were nice, but not $450 USD nice. We decided to opt out completely. It sucks that we couldn’t get our photos at a more reasonable and affordable price. Even so, I would definitely come again. Overall it was a wonderful, beautiful and unforgettable experience. I am very happy to have stayed here to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!
The resort is sooo nice! The staff is always on point! Diego, Paulina, Eddie, Leo and Cuellar are truly what makes everyday fun! The pool was perfect with a mix of activities and calm! My favorite restaurant is Mama Mia the Italian! Alejandro and Jesus were a dream team! Great service and great food! Daniella and Joseph with guest services were very helpful and helped us take care of our dinner reservations. We were here over Mexico Independence Day and the celebration was absolutely fantastic! The entire resort was decorated and the authentic offerings were great! Shout out to the entire staff for making us feel like family and keep us wanting to return to CRT.
