Hotel Xcaret Arte is exceptional. Having complimentary access to the parks, with shuttles only for Xcaret hotel, is an added benefit. The food is fantastic, and the pools/rooftop pools are a perfect way to relax. Shoutout to Reuben at the Casa de la Pyramide rooftop pool. He offered tremendous hospitality, friendliness, and always remembered our names and orders every time we arrived.

The best holiday ever. Hotel wonderful. The food was excellent. Staf was very helpfull , but the one to mention was Alexis from the pool. He knew the answer to our every question, even better than the concierges

MUST GO!!!
Xcaret arte is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. This was my first time in Mexico and I don’t speak Spanish but everyone was so welcoming and inviting. Alexis by the main pool (infinity pool) was super friendly and made my pool day super fun and relaxing!!! He helped me and a friend find seats/towels and he even brought us tanning lotion!! 10/10 experience. I will be returning!
