Went to Tentazione for dinner. Our waiter Angel was lovely and knowledgeable. Great time and great meal.
Recommend this jungle surrounded hotel without a doubt. Stayed for two weeks end of August to beginning of September. This is my fifth visit to this Grand Palladium and decided to upgrade to TRS part (no children allowed) of this hotel. Stayed with my daughter in a very comfortable room. Had a wonderful time, butlers assigned to each block of rooms were amazing and ready to help out with anything. We stayed in block 68 of rooms with our wonderful butlers Moses and Jessica who were very attentive and helpful. Overall TRS staff and choice of restaurants excellent. No children allowed ensure peace and quiet at adults only Helios tiered pool which was lovely. Staff attentive there and service excellent. Wildlife also wonderful and found it lovely to see coatis roaming around the pool area. Totally lovely and never any trouble with their presence. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed the daily entertainments at night, air rifle and candy tasting class. The CHIC party was very enjoyable and Spa was so Zen. Uziel helped us check in and out efficiently. He provided information that was helpful to our stay. We experienced some humidity and requested a fan and received one the same day.
Stayed at TRS, we had a fantastic time, big thanks to Butler team at Villa 71 & all stalff at Helios ..TBH all the staff from Gardening,Cleaning,Uber drivers as we called them,Bar staff,Reception,it’s a team effort that works really hard for our enjoyment….went to Chic & had a great night of entertainment & food 👏🏻👏🏻well worth a visit..ate at 5 restaurants we enjoyed them…Spa is also out of this world ,pop along & look for yourselves…yes seaweed can be an issue so do your homework but this didn’t bother us…This review is based on our wonderful experience & remember you can’t please everyone…😁
I stayed in TRS for 2 weeks, during my stay the staff could not do enough all staff
I had an excellent experience with waiter Paulina, the chief Charlie made me salmon specially as I liked it and then made it daily for a set time without asking. The staff at Helios were all stand out and credit to the resort. 5***** 😊
