TRS Yucatan Hotel

I traveled solo for my 56th Birthday and I was treated like a Queen! Mr George and Mr Carlos took excellent care of me! They always checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed and treated me like family!!! I can't wait to return!!

My husband and I are just back from the TRS, it was truly beautiful. It was our 30th anniversary in June so decided to celebrate in Mexico, we were told the TRS was the best! The location was an hour from Cancun, the atmosphere was very chilled and we were never in a hurry to do anything. We upgraded and got a beautiful room with a small jacuzzi pool in our garden. We used the spa every morning which was very relaxing. Our personal butlers were great, informative, helpful and very friendly, they booked us dinners, stocked our fridge and helped us with everything we needed, they even sent us the daily activities via watts app! The holiday was expensive but since it was a special occasion it was worth it!

Had another great holiday at this resort rooms spotless, butlers Samual, Gustavo and Paola were fabulous always pleasant and on hand to help when they can to booking carts, booking a reform class , booking and sorting our dinner reservations for three people and always up for a chat, great people. I took part in in some of the well-being classes with the pop team Mariana, David, Daniela and Jerik were amazing great at what they do, I loved the Pilates, stretching and toning, the cycling in the pool was great as was the aqua aerobics, the team know there stuff. All the staff are fabulous and I would love to name them all, Laura is a great waitress, Louis the barman had good chats, Alvera is the best in the sports bars always got a smile and very hard working as they all in the sports bar. Ate some great food at great restaurants. Will look forward to our next visit to this beautiful resort with the best people.
